The Royal Family

We all looked surprised when the king raised his voice 'it's the first time I hear the King rise his Voice'

"But why father?"

The Princess looked sad

"My dear, Since you were born I gave you everything you wanted. Beautiful Dress, expensive Make up, a House in the Garden. Everything that was in my Power, but I can't give you Soo-Won. You are the only Daughter of my beloved Kingdom and that's not something to be taken lightly, your Husband will some day become King of this great Kingdom"

yeah right some day I will also see the Fall from King Il and the rise of another King, as I thought about it my heart began to ache. For a second my ears started to twitch and I closed my eyes, i could hear the Voices of the Guards in the Castle

"do you think it will work?"

"Sure, everything goes according to plan"

"good let's go"

as I heard them walk away I opens my eyes 'what was that all about?' I was wondering what was going on but the serious Voice from King Il brought me back

"the Royal Family lives under the constant threat of harm and danger, that's our live and it always has been and it always will be. That's also the reason I never remarried, if you truly love someone let him be Happy and free from that Burden"

The Princess hung her head low and looked almost on the verge of crying

"I don't understand, and I'm not sure if I ever will"

she said before running of. The King was about to go after her but I stand up and placed a Hand on his Shoulder

"let her go for the Moment, she is still a Child with her first love. Its only natural that she don't understand it"

the King looked in my eye and a sad smile appeared on his face

"I know, I'm sorry that you have to hear all that"

after that he also left. unlike the princess, I could understand more than anybody what the king had meant, I lost my love thanks to that Burden and I saw many Kings suffer because of it either. I haven't realised that Hak was now standing next to me and was looking at me

"you okay?"

I was startled when he suddenly spoke to me and winced slightly, I looked at him and forced a small smile

"sure"

I walked out of the Room and let Hak by himself, the talk about love, marriage, the Royal Family under constant threat of harm and danger brought back some unwanted Memories and for a moment I just wanted to be alone. I got back to my Room and took the Book that always lies on a small table next to my bed with me, I went to the beautiful Flower Garden and sit down in the grass. It was a nice day and the Sun warmed my Body, my thoughts wandered into the world of the book. I looked up after i had finished one Capital, it was night time already. But something about the atmosphere was of, i looked around but i couldn't find any of the Guards. I stood up and walked over the Castle grounds to look for the Guards, but no one was there. I found Hak our eyes meet and he walked up to me

"Do you feel that?"

I knew what he meant

"Yes, i can feel it too. Something feels off"

"Lets look around"

i nod and walked side by side with Hak but we couldn't find a single Guard. suddenly i could her some sounds

"Around the Corner"

i whispered and Hak nod as we looked around. There where three Guards that were talking to one another
