starting over

As I woke up I stood up slowly, my body felt so strange and my had was fuzzy. I thought back at the dream I had "will I ever see him again. . ." I promised Hiryuu I would start a new life from now on, but would it really be that easy. I had to learn how to life with all this new emotions I had now that I opened the gate, I decided not to worry about it now I would worry about it when the time comes. I came back out behind the Waterfall and my clothes were still wet, on the shore I made fire and stripped down my clothe. With a few sticks I placed my clothes over the the fire and made my way to the lake and got in the water, I washed myself and relaxed for a while as I watched the sun rise. After a while I got out and looked after my clothe, they were dry and so I got dressed again and made my way back to the cabin. As I came back I saw everyone gathered together, as they saw me I could see relief in their faces and Yona run up to me.

„Your back, where have you been all the time?“

„I . . . I was at the lake, I had to think about a few things “

„Oh, okay“

„Whats going on?“

„The Princess decided what she wants  to do from now on“

Hak said, I walked with Yona to the Others and looked at her

„If that's so the Spil it Princess, what is your plan from now on“

„I . . . I want to help people. I was sitting in the Castle without a clue what the real world is like for to long, I don't want to sit in the Castle as a King and don't now what happens outside of it like my Father. Soo-Woon took the Castle from me and sure I want to take my home back from him but, I don't think that I'm ready for it yet. So I want to continue my journey and help towns and Villages in need just like we did in Awa, and I want . . . I want all of you with me. But I don't want to force you, so I will ask you all. Do you want to travel with?“

„you came to my Village and asked me to lend you my power because you need my help and I said I would come with you without hasitation, no matter what you decide I will stay by your side as long as you need me“

„Thank you Ki-Ja“

„you surely would be lost without me, sooner or later you would die of hunger or course of a injury. So I will stick with you for a while longer, I don't want to be at fault if anyone's dies because I left“

„you said that I would find the light and that I would have friends, you were right so I won't leave“

„Thats sweet of you Shin-Ah“

„I don't have much to do and I always appreciate the Company of beautiful Ladies so I think will stay with you for a while“

„Hehe of course you do Jea-Ha“

„You don't has to ask me Princess, I swore to protect you and I will no matter what“

„I know Hak, thank you anyway “

„I will stay with you too, Zeno was so lonely all by himself and now that Zeno found all of you it's really fun“

„i'm glad, thanks Zeno“

Then everyone looked at me

„Emi-Ri? Do you want to come with us?“

I looked at everyone smiling and nodding at me, then my eyes meet Jea-Ha's for a moment my heart jumped. I looked at Hak and then back at Yona, was I really ready for this? I wanted to start a new life, but can I do it if I stay with them? Or maybe it would be easier to start again with them by my side. Then I smiled and looked at Yona.

„I don't see why not, looks like fun“

Everyone looked at me with wide eyes, but then Jea-Ha chuckled

„Looks like this journey will get more interesting then I thought“

I could see that everyone wanted to ask but they didn't, I didn't wanted to explain what was going on so I hoped that they would just accept that and move on, and after a few more seconds they started to discuss the next destination. We decided by to move on to the next random Town we could find and to look if we could find something to do, even if we don't find someone in need would could earn some money and move on. Yona was excited to see the World and so was Ki-Ja and Shin-Ah, the three of them never got to see the World outside their Homes so I could understand it. Suddenly I was nudged on the shoulder by someone and I look at my left, it was Zeno and he was Smiling brightly like he new exactly what happened to me. "Maybe he experienced something similar to what I had" after that we decided to stay with Ik-Soo for the night and then move on. Everyone was sleeping in the Cabin but I stayed up longer and set outside, I was sitting on the ground and leaning on a tree. I pulled out my pipe and tabbaco and lit my pipe, I took a deep breath and exhaled the smoke. The night was peaceful and for a moment I closed my eyes, I flinched for a second and opened my eyes as I felt something jump in my lap. As I opened my eyes I saw Earl the Squirrel sitting in my lap and munching on something, I grinned at him and stroke his head. The stars were shining brightly and the night grow cold, after a while I stood up took Earl in my hand. I placed him down next to Shin-Ah and lay down in a corner of the Cabin, I looked over everyone one last time before I closed my eyes and fall asleep with a smile on my face.
