The Genius and the Oracle

I opened my eyes and saw an unfamiliar Celling, I started to look around with my head and saw some herbs on the wall that's been dryed. I was still tired and felt like I was crushed, i realised that I was alone and I felt nervous 'where is Yona and Hak? And where am I?' I set up in a hurry but was stoped by a horrible pain in my right side. As I looked down on me I saw that I was only dressed in my belly free black Bra top and my Shorts, around my belly were bandages 'What happened to me? And where are the others?' I felt anxiety rise inside me for the first time in so long, I wanted to protect Yona and now I was lying here, I couldn't move and I had no idea where Hak and Yona where. I was about to stand up and look for them as a unfamiliar Voice stoped me

"You shouldn't move"

I looked up and in the Room standing was a young boy with caramel brown hair and feather in his hair.

"Negri?"

For a moment I thought that I had seen my little brother, the boy standing there looked exactly like him. But my brother had darker hair as this boy and of course ears

He placed the basket with herbs on the ground and came to me with new bandage and something that looked like an ointment, he set on his knees in front of me and placed one Hand on my forehead and on on his own

"it looks like the fever has gone, that's good. I need to look at the wound on your side, is that okay?"

He asked before reaching out to me. But before he could touch me I grabbed his hand and stoped him

"where am I? And where are Hak and Yona?"

I asked in a dark voice

"You mean the girl with Red hair and the guy with black hair?"

My eyes widen for a second before they grow dark as my voice

"where are they?"

I could feel the boy flinch but he tried to stay cool

"the two are outside, they are fine and waiting for you to wake up"

I sigh in relive but didn't let go of his hand

"Can I look at your wound now?"

"No, I can do it myself"

"I'm something like a doctor . . ."

"I don't care what you are kid, I can do it myself and believe me when I say that I live way longer then you and have more experience then you to handle that myself"

I tried to open the bandage myself but as I tired to move my body ached and I flinched 'shit'

"If you would let me help you. . ."

"Didn't you hear me, I said I can do it myself"

the boy placed the bandages and ointment next to me and stood up

"fine, do what you want"

then he left the Room. I tried again to move my body again to bandage me but again my body hurt horribly

"What a stubborn Cat"

I heared a very farmilier voice and looked up again. I looked in a face with pitch black eyes and an sly grin

"You look awful"

he said

"Your one to talk Hak"

I answered dry because Hak's chest was covered in many bandage too. Hak came to me and set in front of me

"let me help you"

I hesitated but Hak didn't wait for an answer and started to unbandage me. As I looked at my wound, I was Shocked

"What happened?"

Hak looked at me a little surprised

"You don't remember?"

I shook my head

"we were ambushed by the fire tribe, you were hit very bad by an arrow and hanging at the cliff. I tried to help as you were about to fall, I slipped and was hanging there as well. The princess tried to help us up but we were to heavy and . . ."

Hak's expression darkened

"You wanted to save us and let my hand go so you fall, but soon after Yona slipped and we fall as well. The boy Yoon found us and took care of our wounds"

"Is the Princess okay?"

"She is fine"

he simply said

"do they know who the Princess is"

"Yes, the friend of Yoon is the Oracle we were searching for. He knew who we are, but I think we can trust them"

"If you say so".

Silence returned and Hak took the ointment and rubbed it on the wound, I grimaced and looked away. I didn't now if I should laugh or scream, it tickles but at the same time it hurt terrible. Out of the Corner of my eyes I could see Hak grinning, he knew that I was ticklish since we visited his village and he saw me playing with this kids

"Could you not grin like an idiot and hurry up"

I hissed at him and his grin grow brighter but he took the bandage and bandaged me up. He were about to say something as the voice of the Princess reached us

"Emi-Ri your awake"

she jumped in to my arms and I let out a pained moan

"careful princess, Emi-Ri is still hurt"

as Hak said this Yona let go of me and set beside me

"Why did you let go as we were at the cliff?"

I looked at the tearing eyes of the Princess and patted her head

"Your to young to understand"

the Princess started to sulk and crossed her arms in front of her

"don't treat me like a child"

in this moment the boy came back followed by a blond guy with a braided ponytail, his pony fell in his face and covered his eyes

"Oh how nice to see you awake"

he said

"I'm Ik-Soo, and that's my friend Yoon. How are you feeling?"

"So far as I can tell I'm fine, but my body still hurts if I try to move much"

"If it's hurt then don't complain and let other help you"

the boy said in an offended low voice and looked away from me. I looked at Yoon with a serious face

"Your name is Yoon right? So thank you Yoon for saving my life, and more importantly the life of the Princess and this idiot"

at my remark Yona giggled and Hak looked at me offended, Yoon was looking at me lightly and was blushing a bit

"sure"

he simply said.
