Caleb's POV
She doesn't understand.
My sister was in danger.
My sister.
What else was I supposed to do?
I watched her walk away and Emily walks up to me. "Hey Caleb."
I avoid eye contact with her. "Hey."
She frowns. "Are you okay?"
I sigh. I don't know anymore.
I look at her fully and realized she looked slightly uncomfortable. "Caleb? I need to tell you something."
I nod and she takes a deep breath. "I'm breaking up with you."
I gape at her. "You just aren't the boy I love," she explains, and Hannah walks by, probably on her way to lunch.
She watches me look at Hannah. "Besides, I believe your eye has......strayed." She says icily and walks away.

Hannah's POV
I make my way to lunch and see Caleb talking to Emily.
Jerk.
I almost had a friend and he had to take her away.
Asshole.
He killed my best friend.
I entertained myself by thinking of every unholy word ever and calling Caleb that while I made my way to my table.
I sat at lunch with no food, no appetite, in my sweater that hides my scars and my fat.
Sarah always told me I was skinnier than a pole, but I didn't believe that. In fact, I knew that.
Being able to count your ribs doesn't make you skinny.
A kid passes my and bumped my shoulder. "Watch it Rexi." He growled.
That's a first.
