It was all coming back. The light. The memories, but it was all still blury. What had actually happened? I sat up and rubbed my head. I looked around. The sky was now a normal night sky. It was no longer the darkness of evil that Peter had created.

I looked to my left and saw Alex still lying on the ground. He wasn't breathing at all. I got up and walked over to him. I sat down on my knees and just looked at him. Tears swelled in my eyes. I covered my face with my hands. He was gone. Scarlet was gone. Del was gone. Mom, dad, they were gone. I had no one left.

I sat there crying. I then felt a hand placed on my shoulder. I swung around, thinking it was Peter or Aunt Krisy. But it was neither. It was... Del.

More tears poured from my eyes. She looked more beautiful then ever. I fell to my knees again and hugged her. She hugged me back. I looked up to see mom stand behind her. She came over and got in on the hug too.

"This is all I wanted. Was to be just a happy family."

Del and mom let go of me.

"Let go," Del said.

I staired at her. She was the one telling me to let go this whole time.

"W-what do you mean?" I asked.

"You have been holding on to us ever since we actually died," mom said.

"How?"

"You kept calling Del, well Del."

"But it's what reminds me of you, mom."

"I'll always be there."

"But if I let go of you guys then I won't have anyone. I want you to stay here."

Mom and Del looked at eachother and smiled. I gave a questioned look. Mom got up and grabbed both mine and Del's hand. We all walked over to Alex.

"Put your hands over him."

"What? Why?"

"Just do it."

I put my hands over Alex.

"Close your eyes."

I did that too. I could feel mom and Del put there hands on mine.

"Now remember the light you saw inside you?"

I nodded.

"Look for it again."

I looked inside myself. I fould a light of silver and gold swirling around.

"Did you find it?"

I nodded again.

"Take that light and push it towards your hands."

I thought of the light spliting in two, and it did. Then I pushed the lights down to each of my hands. I then felt mom and Del remove there hands off mine.

"Open your eyes."

I opened my eyes to see my hands glowing. I watched as Alex began to breath again. Slowly, but he was breathing again. I smiled as he sat up. I gave him a hug in relief. He hugged me back. He saw Del and got up.

"I remember you."

He ruffled her hair and she giggled. Then he saw my mom. He walked up to her and held out a hand.

"Hi, I'm Alex. You must be Kira's mom."

I had no idea how he guessed that, but mom took his han and shook it.

"Maybe you would like to meet her dad too?"

He gave a kind of scared look, but tried to hide it.

"Sure."

Just then dad appeared.

"Hello, sir," he said nerviously.

Dad gave him a stern look. Then gave a thankful smile.

"You tried to protect my daughter. I thatk you for that."

Dad grabbed his hand and shook it. He then disappeared again. He gasped in relief. He then walked back over to me.
