Revenge (Completed)

Chapter 11

I started to look around for something to pick the lock with. I couldn't find anything. They must clean these floors every night.

Just then while I was still looking on the floor, a door opened behind me in the cage. I slid myself over and got out. And on the other side was a bigger cage with a big crowd of people

"So I made it to the fight," I said in a whisper.

Another door opened on the other side. And out came a man. He looked sluggish. I could easily beat him, but I don't want to. I want to get out of here.

"Welcome to the first match of the night! Tonight we have a new challenger. She may only be a teen, but she sure fights like a pro! Tell us your name!"

I refused to talk. I wasn't going to say anything to them. This is just torture.

"You're a quiet one. How about we give her a nickname?"
"YEAH!" everyone yelled.

"We will give her a nickname after the fight! Now...Fight!"

The other guy came running at me. I moved to one side and dodged him. He turned around and came running at me again. This time I didn't move fast enough. The man grabbed onto my legs and pulled me to the ground. He was tougher than he looks. But he's not going to beat me. If I have to fight then I will fight. I pulled back one foot then kicked the guy in the face.

"And she fights back!"

The guy got back up tried to throw a punch. Instead of trying to dodge it I stopped it. I grabbed his fist as he threw it. Everyone in the crowed gasped. Then all was quiet. I then punched him in the face and he fell back and passed out. Everyone then cheered. I walked up to the front of the cage.

"So what are we going to call her? You, what do you think we should call her?"

"Um... I think we should call her the Silent Killer."

"What does everyone else think?"

Everyone cheered for the name.

"We have our..."

"You're not calling me anything."

Then I saw the cape again. And the person in it noticed I saw them. Then they started to run.

"This is the first and final fight any of you will see me in ."

I got closer to the cage. I grabbed one part of it and started to pull. Now that I'm a demon, I have tremendous strength. I broke a hole in the cage and slipped through. I started running after the person in the cape again. How was this person so fast. I then lost him. Who was that person.

I just started walking down the road, trying to find out where I was. I couldn't be that far from town. It was only a short drive from where they got me.

It was about an hour before I found the Inn I was staying at.

"Finally."

I went up to my room. The door was open. I went inside to find all the lights off and no one was there. I found a letter on the bed. It was from Scarlet.

Dear Kira,

Since the fire has been put out, I have decided to go back home and start to rebuild my House. I will stay out of your way so can take revenge on your uncle for the awful thing he did. Please don't come see me. We are both going to be very busy. I hope to see you again one day.

Scarlet

That was strange. Scarlet would never leave without saying goodbye first. Or maybe she finally learned there is more important thing to worry about. If that's the case then I'm glad she's finally maturing.

I went into the bathroom where the gold ribbon was still hanging. I grabbed it and put it on like a choker. I then packed up some supplies to take with me. Then I was off to take revenge on Peter.
