"the goosebumps I get when we're about to start an exam are enormous" Brody whispered
"that's why it's called an exam" Jackson whispered
"we get it you're a geek
You don't have to explain why I get goosebumps when I'm about to start an exam" Brody countered
"can you two stop whining please" Scott sighed
Our chemistry teacher stood up from his chair to share our papers after checking the time
"this is it" I heaved a sigh as I spin my pencil in between my fingers
"it'll be just as we read" Eiden said making me nod
"10:30am start!" our chemistry teacher said as he finished sharing our papers making everyone start immediately

"that wasn't so bad" Brody said joyfully as we came out of the chemistry lab

"regardless I need a drink"

"that makes two of us" Emma said walking to the cafeteria with Brody and Jackson

That chemistry exam clearly drained her

"you say that every single day" I said pretending to be bored by his words

"so are you coming for the dance next week" I asked as we started walking slowly not breaking our gaze from each other
"I was planning on ditching it with a girl"
"oh really... And do I know this girl" I said playing his game
"you might, she's 5'3 tall, she has the most beautiful brown eyes I've ever seen the longest strawberry blonde hair I've ever seen"
"Hmmm she must be really beautiful then"

The day slowly slipped by from one class to another

I asked Eiden as he literally dragged me out of my house still wearing my top

"screw him" he said before kissing me almost exhausting all ounce of oxygen in me
