Clarie's pov

Two years later...

Being with someone you love, people you love and who love you back for years is something you want to live for.

Eiden and I have been together officially for two years and it's it's just beautiful, living with him is more than amazing... Living with my friends has been more than amazing.

We attend the same university in the city, New York, and we all rented a house and live there!

It's crazy, trust me.

In school, I'm studying psychology, Eiden, engineering, Brody microbiology! yeah, it's surprising, Tracy is studying psychology like me, Emma is studying to be a gynecologist, Jackson, he's into the main study of technology and all that concerns it just like Sam. Ashley is into accounting and Scott is into engineering like Eiden.

Two years in college has been hectic, tiring, and annoying, seriously the only thing that counters that are my friends.

Eiden's schedules are so tight in school, I barely see him and he also gets home few hours after we already did, just like Scott.

The good thing is that after school on weekends we hang out together with our neighbors and friends from college.

Living in a house with seven other people who are enormously loud and crazy, well apart from Eiden can be exhausting, but really it rubs off on him sometimes, not to mention when we invite our neighbors and friends who are also like us. Kale and Linda our neighbors, Mattie and Justin our friends from college.

I remember one time we were having a party in our house and it was so loud, everyone was enjoying themselves, so much we took it to late in the night, well till the area cops came and gave us the millionth warning. They are pretty nice to us really, maybe because we give them lunch sometimes on their afternoon patrol, or because we're cute little adults or because they just like us.

Other neighbors and people at school think we're crazy with the way we relate with each other, they even give us 'jeez, you're weird' looks but seriously... We don't give a fuck. We have ourselves and that's all that matters, crazy, loud, whatever. We don't care.

It's been two years fully of school and I'm really dying to finish it already, even though we're packing to go home for the winter break now.

Sigh...

I stared at the purple travelling bag I've packed and frowned thinking of what else I need, like the bag would tell me. I looked around Eiden and I's room and smiled, it's so cozy and cool.

My eyes spotted my phone's charger on the table and I squirmed, good Lord, thank you so much! I don't even want to imagine what would happen if I forget it. I'll have to drive back all the way from town for five hours, or maybe borrow someone's charger or maybe get a new one!

Yeah, we prefer to drive rather than take a plane, we're road trip people, I guess.

I grabbed my charger from the table and Eiden walked in "Hey babe, you ready" he asked

"yeah, I almost forgot my charger," I said as I put it in purse "all set!" I chirped after zipping it up.

"perfect" he smiled and walked closer to me to help with my traveling bag.

He lifted the bag and took it with him outside with me walking behind him.

We got outside and everyone was already there, either resting on their cars or in it.

"finally, I was starting to think you guys ditched us again or were having a qui– Awooo!" Eiden smacked Brody's head before he could complete his statement.
