"So how did your visit go?" Victoria asks back in their room.
"Oh it was fine" Daniel says taking off his jacket and shoes and sitting down beside her on the bed "my mother says hi by the way"
"That's nice of her" Victoria smiles "but I feel your dad doesn't like me"
"He likes you" Daniel smiles "he's also scared of you" Victoria laughs and Daniel ruffles her hair
"Me?!" She asks patting her hair down
"You are scary at times" Daniel admits
"Good" Victoria jokes
"So how was your time here?" Daniel asks "peace and quiet?"
"Not even close" Victoria groans and lays back on the bed
"What happened?" Daniel asks amused, he knew she would get into trouble. She is trouble.
"Well, long story short," Victoria sighs "Mal ran away, Ben was kidnapped and I almost killed Harry, Hook's kid"
"That sounds a lot more interesting than what I did, by far" Daniel rolls his eyes "but you're okay aren't you?"
"Of course" Victoria smiles "Jeremy took care of me"
"That's good" Daniel nods "so tell me the long story"
"Do we have time?" Victoria asks turning to see the clock but they have plenty of time
"Sure we do" Daniel laughs "start"
"Well," Victoria smiles.
Almost three hours later Victoria is finished with her story. Daniel doesn't look mad or worried, he looks rather amused
"I can always count on you to start trouble" he smiles and kisses her
"I don't start trouble" Victoria huffs and Jeremy coughs "fine I do, sometimes, start trouble. But it's not my fault"
"Oh it's not?" Daniel asks amused
"No!" Victoria exclaims "I'm the daughter of a trickster. I can't help it, it's ok my blood" she stands and picks up the phone to order lunch.
"You just like trouble don't you?" Daniel chuckles
"I'm evil" Victoria sneers playfully and her eyes flash yellow "and it's also very fun" Daniel chuckles.
After lunch it's Daniel's turn to talk about his adventures. He doesn't have much to tell, things were very quiet with his parents. What he did like was that they made gumbo together, as a family. Although Tiana basically did everything because she wouldn't let them help much. She had Naveen chopping and Daniel stirring. He had a a lot of fun nonetheless. The boat ride on the way back was very interesting because they encountered a terrible storm that left them near King Tritons territory so Daniel got to see some of the mermen soldiers, he's always wanted to see them since he was a boy
"And was it magical?" Victoria asks
"It's was very cool" Daniel nods "they were very friendly and not like I expected"
"What did you expect?" Victoria asks
"Well I thought they'd look more like humans" Daniel starts "but they have razor sharp teeth and some have slit eyes like snakes or black eyes like sharks. They were very, impressive"
"That sounds horrifying" Victoria shudders, she doesn't really like the idea of going under water. She likes the sea but not what lives in it.
"Aside from that the rest of the trip was smooth sailing" he smiles
"Well that's good" Victoria smiles and they cuddle in bed for a while until the clock strikes six
"We're going to be late" Daniel chuckles
"We're not going to be late" Victoria says starting to get up but Daniel holds her down and kisses her "we are definitely going to be late" she smiles and kisses him back
