I coughed.

My head ached and I had cold sweat on my forehead.

The conversation with my navigator about Starflights hadn't been long.

It had told me that that information was classified, and had to be approved by The Enchanter.

I had grumbled and changed the navigator back to clock mode.

It was now 3:12 in the morning and I had fallen sick.

I had gotten a headache around 11:00 and I had felt nauseous.

My mom took my temp and I had a high fever.

"Oh Autumn..... Looks like you caught a virus."

"Just great...." I said with a rough voice.

She put a wing on my bed. "Try to sleep ok? I'll be down the hall if you need me."

I nodded and coughed. "Ok..."

She smiled nervously at me in my door way and closed it quietly.

My head rolled and looked out the sliding glass door.

I didn't have the energy to pick up my phone and text Hawk I was sick. Hopefully he assumed.

I tried turning to my side but my head flared up and I got dizzy.

"Ugggghhh..."

I decided not to and tried closing my eyes.

Astroid had jumped into my bed and was now laying at my side, purring.

I smiled as it sounded like she was reassuring me.

I purred back but regretted it as I started having a cough attack.

I heard my sliding glass door open.

I looked out to see a figure come into my room.

"Hey.....you don't look too good Kitty."

I smiled. "I would've texted you but.."

I coughed.

Hawk came up to my night stand and looked down at me.

"I get it. I guessed you were out for some reason so I told The Enchanter you couldn't make it tonight."

"Thanks......"

He smiled and felt my symbol with his hand.

It glowed with a faint pulse and faded.

"You're powers are very low."

"Well, have you seen my state of health right now?" I said while trying not to cough. "and adding onto that, you should leave. I'm probably contagious."

His hand moved from my symbol to my forehead.

"Does it look like I care about that?"

I sighed. "Have I ever told you that you can be too sweet sometimes?"

He laughed a bit. "I know that."

I smiled as I felt my eyes close and Hawk's image slowly fade.

"Hey..."

"Yeah?"

I wanted to say that he was a dork for coming here at 3 in the morning but I couldn't finish my sentence.

I had fallen asleep.

The next morning wasn't that great.

I felt my dad's tail press against my forehead.
