Before eating at night, drink water first, it might be that your dehydrated not really starving (to death).
If it doesn't do a thing, the eating part has to be done.
Consider these things
NO to oily/deep fried food. THOSE ARE ENEMIES OF THE NIGHT
NO dairy
NO to calories that extended up to 200. It should only be below, BE-LOW.
