Chapter 7 ~Relax~

Kenzie's P•O•V {TWO DAY'S LATER}
Theo and I leave for the airport in five hours. I'm going to spend an hour with Lacie before I leave the state for a week. We're going away to Hawaii. Theo wants to open a club there; he's trying to do something for himself. Hawaii, with all the money my parents have I've still never been there.

I sat in the living room and ate pizza with Lacie. "I forgot to tell you. Molly is beyond sad that you're taking her place on the trip for the next two weeks. I would've felt bad for the poor thing but of course I was too happy for you. Plus I'm on your side I want you to end up with Theo," she winked. I slapped her leg and rolled my eyes. "No that won't happen. He's been with her for years and he still doesn't love her," I said.

I don't think I love him yet. I do like him a lot though. I kept eating my pizza as I silently watch the movie. "Shut up! You'll have lots of fun on this trip. Leaving a shit ton of time for him to fall for you," she smirked. I faked a smile as I kept eating. The amount of romantic trips she must have been on with him and he still feels nothing. I shrugged the thought away.

Molly's P•O•V {TWO DAY'S AGO}
I packed my suitcase for the trip I'm going to take with Theo. I grabbed a duffle bag from my closet and folded it down the smallest it could go. I'm beyond excited to go on a trip with Theo. It's been too long since I've had him all to myself.

"Molly!" I heard Theo shout. I walked out of my room and walked towards the living room. "Oh hey! What are you doing here?" I asked as I greeted him. I hugged him tightly. "I've missed you," I whispered as I pulled away. "I missed you too," he smiled. He looked down at me shocked as he took in my new appearance.

"You died your hair, why?" He asked. "I wanted something new," I shrugged. "Do you like it?" I asked as I twirled the curls around. "Yes," he smiled.

"I have bad news," he said. He took my hand and lead to the couch. I sat down beside him frowning. It must be really bad since he came to tell me personally. "What is it?" I asked. I mentally prepared myself for the worse.

"I can't take you on the trip with me. I'm taking Kenzie," he said. Tears burned my eyes but I held them in. I feel hurt that he's taking her and not me. "Why?! Why are you taking her?" I asked. He gently squeezed my hand as he sighed. "I want to take her. I'll bring you back something," he said. His face is blank. He could've at least faked a look of sadness.

There's nothing he can bring back that will make me smile. I faked a smile as I nodded my head. I looked down at my hands and played with my fingers as sadness rained over me. He gently placed a finger under my chin and made me look at him. "Don't be sad. They'll be other trips," he said. He gently kissed my forehead before standing up.

I watched him leave in silence. Once I was sure he left I let my tears fall. I screamed and sobbed. "Molly, What's wrong? Why are you crying?" Lacie asked. I glanced up at her with my puffy tear stained face. "I can't go with Theo on a trip because Kenzie's going," I sobbed. She rubbed my back as she passed me a box of tissues.

"It's okay. There'll be other trips," she whispered. I stopped crying and wiped my face. I can make myself more like Kenzie then he'll have no reason to keep her around. I smirked and stood up from the couch. "Thank you Lacie. Good talk," I smiled as I walked away from her.

When he comes back I'll show him a new side of me.

Kenzie's P•O•V {Present day}
Theo had his driver pick me up and take me to the airport. We're taking his private jet. I stepped out of the car smiling when I saw him standing there waiting for me. "You look beautiful," he whispers as he hugged me. "Thank you," I blushed lightly. He's never complemented me before.

I took my hand as he lead me inside the jet. I took my seat beside him and buckled up. "I have a surprise for you," he said. I smiled widely; "What is it?" I asked. "Remember how I said we'd stay for a week?" He asked. I could see the joy in his eyes as he waited to tell me. "Yes," I answered. "Well I planned for us to stay another week. You know since I'll be working for the first week, I was thinking the last week can just be us. Don't worry I've already notified your office," he said.

I reached over and hugged him tightly. This really will be the greatest week. I kissed him on the cheek twice before I kissed his lips. This kiss was more romantic than it was steamy. It only made my feelings for him more confused. I heard someone's throat clear causing me to pull away from him. I look to see the flight attendant standing awkwardly in front of us.

"God," I mumbled as my cheeks turned red I'm beyond embarrassed. "Relax love," Theo chuckled. "We're about to take off. I'm here to inform you about plane safety," she announced. We listened to her announcement about what to do in case of an emergency. I watched Lost and ever since it's had me scared of flying. The safety information didn't help.

"What's wrong?" He asked as he looked at me. He looked concerned. "I'm scared of flying," I admit. He took my hand and held it in his tightly. "Don't scared. I'm here for you. If you get too scared just look at me," he said. I smiled as I nodded my head. When I'm with him I do feel a strange sense of safety.

I got through the plane ride in one piece. Theo woke me up once we landed.

The car pulled up in front of Four seasons hotel. Despite the fact that I slept on the flight I'm still tired. Theo checked us into our room. It's a beautiful room with a view of the water. It's beyond calming to stand out and look down at it.

I yawned and quickly got out of my clothes. "Going to sleep?" He asked. I tied my hair up into a lose bun and nodded my head; "Yes. I'm beyond tried. I've been working extra over the past two days so that I can have this time free," I answered. "What about you?" I asked. He shrugged. "I have to make a phone call. Then I'll come to bed," he said. I slumped down onto my bed in nothing but my underwear.

Within seconds I was completely knocked out.

I woke up to sun beaming down on my face. The spot beside me on the bed empty with a note on top of the pillow. I lifted up and read it.

"Go to the spa I set up a whole day for you to relax~ Theo" I smiled and placed it down on the nightstand. I got up from the bed and walked towards my suitcase; I'll plan my outfit before I get into the shower. The bathroom is beautiful. A huge glass window stood in front of the tub as a wall. The bathroom is bigger than the one I have at home.

I turned on my shower and waited for the perfect temperature. I sighed in relief as I felt the water running down my body; I closed my eyes and enjoyed it. This is relaxing to me. I quickly washed up and got out of the shower. If I stayed any longer I might have ended up staying all day. I quickly got dressed and made my way to spa.

I walked up to the front desk of the spa. "Hi. I'm Kenzie Johns my boyfriend Theo and Collin set up a spa day for me," I said. She looked at me and smiled; "Yes I know. We've been expecting you. He showed us a picture of you from his phone," she said. "Follow me," she added.

I followed her to a private room with a message table, manicure and pedicure section, and a hot tub. "Wow," I whispered. "Yes. He paid for the full set. You're a very lucky girl," she said. "Change into this robe and we'll get started," she added. I grabbed the robe and walked over to a separator. I quickly stripped off my clothes and got into the robe.

We started off with the manicure and pedicure. A man walked into the room dressed in all white with a try of drinks in his hand. "Would you like to try the sparkling raspberry and pineapple freeze?" He asked. I smiled and took one off the tray. "Thank you," I said. I took a sip and tasted it. It's a burst of flavor running down your tongue. I mumbled to myself as I kept drinking.

I put the glass down to finish my nails. I picked a cute pink color to match my toes. After the manicure and pedicure I went over to facial. I laid down as a woman wrapped seaweed around my face. She left my nose and eyes uncovered. I closed my eyes and relaxed.

I'll be coming back here a lot. While Theo works I'll need to do something to keep myself busy.
