Grayson P.OV

I woke up from the sun shining in my eyes through the curtains. I got up and checked the time. 9 a.m. Not bad. I went to the bathroom and did my business. I then brushed my teath and fixed my hair so it wast that messy. I then threw on some sweatpants and left my room with no shirt. Whoops. I have planned the whole day for me and Melanie, if she's up for it. I'm going to take her to a restaurant. I was making my way downstairs and heard Spongebob on the TV. I walked in the living room and saw that Melanie was snuggled in her blankets and on her phone. Gosh she's so cute.

Melanie P.O.V

"Goodmorning beautiful" Grayson's sweet voice scared me a little bit.
"Morning handsome" I said with a little rasp in my voice and giggled.
"Woah, are you sick?" He asked me from the doorway. I just nodded. I then continued to scroll through my Instagram, filled with pictures of me and  Grayson. Grayson came to hug me and I hugged him back, obviously. I felt safe in his strong arms. I then realised he didn't have a shirt on, which made me blush a little bit.
"You should go and put a shirt on." I said and giggled.
"Why?" He had a smirk on his face.
"Because.." I said and inhaled his cologne.
"That's not a reason." He said and his grip tightened.
"It is for me, now shoo." I said and pushed him off of me. He chuckled and went back to his room to put on a shirt, I guess. He then came back with a black hoodie on him. I didn't blame him, it was quite chilly. I snuggled more into my blankets and continued to watch Spongebob. Grayson joined me and got under the blankets as well.
"Could you maybe go to the grocery store today? I'm not feeling very well, and we need some things." I said as I layed my head on his warm chest.
"Of course, anything for you." He said and hugged me by my waist. He then kissed the top of my head and got up from the couch.
"Do you have the grocery list?" He asked me, while putting on his black vans.
"Yeah, just let me go get it." I said and ran up to my room. I got the list from my nightstand and went back downstairs. I gave it to Grayson.
"Don't do anything fun without me, got it?" He said and pointed his finger at me, he tried to be serious. I just giggled.
"I'll try." I said and he kissed the tip of my nose.
"I'll be back in a few." He said and went through the door. I waved at him and closed the door. I then snuggled up back on the couch with my blankets and replied to some tweets, while still watching Spongebob.

Grayson P.O.V

*30 minutes later*

I got everything that was on the list. I also grabbed some light red roses for Melanie, since they are her favorite, and a box of  white chocolates. To make her feel better, I grabbed some medicine for her throat.
I went to pay for my items.
"Oh my gosh, are you Grayson Dolan?!" The girl at the register squeled.
"Yeah." I chuckled lightly.
"Can I get a picture?" She asked me sweetly.
"Of course" I said and she got out from the counter. She handed me a phone and we took a selfie. I then payed for my items and went back to my car. I got a text from Melanie.

Melanie 😙: Wya fam?
Me : I just got in the car, I'll be home in a few. You already missed me.
Melanie 😙: Don't flatter yourself Dolan, I'll cough all over your face. I'll be waiting in my blankets. Sya latter x

I then started the car and drove home. I jammed to some music while on my way home.

*About 25 minutes later*

I opened the door and the house was filled with blasting music. The speakers played Eminem - Without me. I went to the kitchen and saw Melanie dancing by the stove and cooking up some pancakes. I was holding the flowers and the chocolates in one hand, and the grocery bags in the other. She then turned around and was startled a bit. I then set the bags down on the island table and went over to give Melanie the flowers and the chocolates. She then gave me a big hug and wrapped her hands around my neck, I wrapped my arms around her waist and nuzzled my head into her neck. I gave her a kiss on the neck, the kiss turned into a hickey. Whoops, my bad. She then released me.
"Grayson!" She said and ran to the mirror. I laughed and finished up the pancakes.
She came back and lightly punched me in the arm.
"What was that for?" I said and acted like it hurt.
"For this." She said and showed me the hickey that was on her neck. "Revenge is coming, boo." She said and smirked.
"Oh well, here are your pancakes." I said and handed her a plate of pancakes.
"Did you get the strawberries?" She asked me and I nodded. She went to the grocery bag and picked out the strawberries. She cut them up and layed them on top of her pancakes.
"No for me?" I asked and pouted.
"Do it yourself, I'm not doing it for this." She pointed to her neck again. I laughed and started eating my pancakes. It was already 5 p.m., I had the restaurant reservations for 7 p.m.
"So, I'm taking you out tonight." I said as I took a bite out of my pancake. She almosg choked on her pancakes.
"Oh my, I have to get ready!" She was about to get up but I held her hand.
"Chill, we have 2 more hours. You can go get ready after we eat." I said and smiled at her. She took a deep breath and replied with a warm smile.
We finished eating and she ran up to her room. I laughed and sat on the couch while scrolling through my phone.
