Grayson P.O.V

*The next day*

Melanie kept ignoring me the whole day today. It hurts me that I did this to her. Ethan and Tessa spent the night here. Me and Ethan were in the kitchen while Tessa was upstairs talking with Melanie.
"What do I do, bro?" I asked Ethan while taking a sip of my apple juice.
"Well why don't yo-" He started but I cut him off.
"No, I already told you, I'm not getting her another dog." I said sternly to him.
"Oh c'mon, it would be amazing to have two fat Kiwi's running around here." He said with a chuckle. Kiwi was with us and growled at Ethan. Ethan put his hands up in surrender.
"It would, but it ain't happening." I said and let out a puff of air.

Melanie P.O.V

I was in my bed wearing some dark sweatpants and a white crop-top. My hair was up in a messy bun and I, myself, looked like a mess. Tessa was with me and we were just chatting about random things.
"So how do you think things are going to work out?" She asked me while looking at the pictures up on the wall.
"You mean if it works out." I corrected her. She turned to me.
"What do you mean if ?" She asked me, confused.
"I can't take this whole situation. He flirts with girls when he's with me most of the time. I keep getting tweets directed to me about how Grayson is cheating on me. I just can't take all the lies, Tess, I feel like he's getting tired of me." I said and let out a long sigh.
"I just can't." I said again and burried my face into my hands, letting tears to fall from my eyes.
"Awe, please don't cry." Tessa said and pulled me in for a bear hug. Her hugs are the best honestly. I then calmed down and we released from the hug. The promise ring that was on the nightstand caught Tessa's attention.
"What is this?" She asked me while taking the ring in her hands and looking at it from every single possible angle.
"This is a promise ring that Grayson gave me as a Christmas gift. He said that he would love me forever and always. I'm starting to think that was a lie." I explained to her and a tear slipped down my cheek.
"Don't say that, Mel." She said to me and put the ring back in its spot.
"I guess I just need some time alone and to think." I said and let out a sigh.
"I'll let you be, but if anything happens, you know I'm here for you." She said and gave me a hug. She then walked through the door. I locked my door and went back to my bed. I just need to think..

Grayson P.O.V

Tessa's light footsteps were heard coming down the stairs. She came into the kitchen and sat beside Ethan. She rested her head on his shoulder and let out a long sigh.
"How did it go?" I asked her.
"She said she needs time to be alone and think." She replied.
"Think about what?" I asked again, worried of her anwser.
"About all the shit that you've done." She replied with a stern voice. I frowned.
"Sorry. I just don't like seeing her sad." She said again but this time her voice was soft. I just nodded my head.
"Do you have any ideas on how I should make it up to her?" I asked them with hope in my eyes.
"Nope." Ethan said while scrolling through his Instagram feed.
"Maybe take her out?" Tessa suggested.
"Where though? She doesn't really like fancy stuff." I replied to her.
"I didn't mean a restaurand or something you dum-dum." She said with a chuckle escaping her lips.
"Then what did you mean?" Ethan decided to join the conversation.
"Boys, we are going to **********!" Tessa said and quietly shouted so that Mel wouldn't hear.
"Are you serious?" Ethan said not believing the words that came out of Tessa's mouth.
"Yup." She said, popping the last letter.
"And how exactly will I tell the news to Melanie?" I asked her.
"Well, I'm getting the tickets today and then you can like give it to her in a special way or something." She said and shrugged.
"Yeah, like get her a pupp-" Ethan started.
"No, Ethan, I'm not getting her another puppy!" I said to him and Tessa started giggling.
"Alrighty, guys, I gotta go. My vlog is waiting for me." She said with a smirk. Me and Eth chuckled at her use of words.
"Bye Eth." She said and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
"Bye Gray." She gave me a fist bump.
"Bye T!" We said in usion. We then heard the door open and close.
"You wanna go to the store with me?" I asked Ethan as I put Kiwi's leash on.
"Sure thang." He replied and went through the door. I put on my vans and took Kiwi with me to my car. We all hopped in and made our way to the store.
