Pirates for a day

Aphmau POV:
I can't believe we're going to be in the pirates crew for today, at least is only for a day "Alright recruits, you need a new outfit. Go change, the clothes are in the changing room downstairs." we go change "I'm not going to like this at all, neither Tavari." we come out while holding hands "Are you 2 dating?" we nod "Aww, I just wanted to ask you on a date." Tavari growls "She is mine!" I blush "For now~" I hold Tavari to stop him from jumping on captain Garroth "Calm down!!" captain laughs "This is so funny!" I frown "Your first job is to make the food. You know your way to the kitchen??" we nod and walk to the kitchen. My face turns green after the view I see now... dead fishes and dead crabs... I think i'm going to faint "Aph? Are you ok??" I fall, but he catches me "Our friends are dead..." he carries me outside, so I can get fresh air or vomit.

Tavari POV:
I yell at the pirates "YOU PIRATES ARE SICK!!" Aph throws up in a bucket "Oh my God, what happened?" I yell "How can you eat fish??" the captain laughs "Don't tell me you don't eat fish." I say "The sea creatures are our friends, we don't eat them." I rub Aph's back "You two are really weird." I glare "Can you make us sandwiches??" I roll my eyes "Ok" I carry Aph "Why don't you leave her with me? Don't worry, she will be in good hands." I glare again "Tavari?" I look at her "I want to go back..." I say "We will go back to the castle tonight." I kiss her forehead "I would like some sandwiches too." I smile "Me too" I put her on chair, then I make sandwiches.

*few minutes later*
"Hm, not bad, the drinks are good too. Good work you two~" Aphmau makes great potions, looks like she can make amazing drinks too "Your next task is to wash our clothes." we hear steps, I see a tanned man with black hair and black eyes "Aaron, welcome back!" he does not look like a pirate "I just came for the money." the captain laughs "Of course" Garroth gives the guy a bag of coins. He notices us "Who are those 2 Garroth?" captain says "They work for me for today, Aphmau and Tavari." he raises an eyebrow "I haven't seen you around." I say "We're visiting" he says "Enjoy your trip then." the guy leaves. He looks tough and scary "Our clothes are downstairs in a basket, it will take you a time." I glare at him once again.

*few minutes later*
"Stupid pirates" I growl "Why they are so dirty...?" I shrug "Prince Travis is a handsome gentleman, but you are the handsome one~" I blush "I wonder if I look good in a wedding dress." I blush more "Let's just get this over with..." I wash the clothes faster "I really need a beauty sleep." I chuckle "I know dear" for the rest of the day we wash clothes and talk. After we finish, he gives us 2 bags with coins "At least we got coins. What can we buy?" I say "New outfits, drinks, flowers and more." I hear him "Where are you guys going? The party is about to start!" we look confused "It is the end of the day, so we can go." he says "You'll stay... or you will work for another day." I look at him "You've got to be kidding me..." Aph looks at me "I guess we'll stay, but only for an hour." he says "Alright" I sigh "If he makes us stay longer, I don't know what I'll do..."

*3 hours later*
Aphmau POV:
I can't believe he made us stay 3 hours and we almost drank too much, Travis will have a talk with him tomorrow, I just want to get in bed to sleep. Today it wasn't nice at all "I hate him more... more than before..." I yawn "At least... it's over..." I fall on the bed "Time for a beauty sleep." I cuddle with hin "I love you Tavari." he smiles "I love you too."

*the next day*
"Are you sure you don't want to stay a little more?" I say "We're sure, we will explore the rest of the places and we'll go back home." he smiles "Ok, I hope I will see you again." Tavari says "You'll see us again. It was nice meeting you." we bow "Have a safe trip back home!" we wave goodbye and run to different places to see, we get beautiful flowers from that girl Donna, she's really nice. After a few hours, the sun goes down, we walk to the dock, on our way there we see a couple, my eyes widen when I see Lucinda and a brown haired guy with red eyes and a pale skin. I look at Tavari, he looks sad... I hold his hand, he looks at me, I smile "I am here... for you." I kiss him "I won't let him suffer." he says "Thank you..." he turns to look at the ocean. We hold hands tight and jump in the ocean, my legs turn back, I have my tail again, Tavari sighs "It's so good to have my tail back." I say "It was fun being a human. I think Teony is worried sick." he says "Let's hurry, I don't want... the sharks to appear and attack us." I say "Everyone is scared of them." we swim back home. I swim to the kingdom, Katelyn's there with her arms crossed, frowning "Hil Katelyn!" Katelyn yells very loud "WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN THESE DAYS? Do you have any idea how worried we were?" I say "I was on an adventure." she says "You go on adventures for a day. It passed 3 days!" I see Teony coming "Aphmau! I am so glad that you're alright!" Teony hugs me "I will not accept any excuses Aph! I want to know the truth! Where were you?" I yell "FINE! I was with my friend!" she asks "What friend??" I say "I promised that I will NOT tell anyone about my friend." Katelyn says "Can't I know if it is a mermaid or not??" I say "My friend is a... merman..." their eyes widen "A MERMAN?" I blush "Awww" I look at them "Do you like him?" I say "Actually, we're dating." they gasp and start fangirling "That is so cute! Is he a handsome merman??" I blush more "I um... shut up!" I swim to my bedroom "That was a close one. I can't tell them more information until Tavari is ready to reveal himself." I grab my book and read it until I finish it, then I go to eat.
