I hold on to the stem of rose I bought from a flower shop while looking through the tinted black window of my car. I didn't notice that it's branch already broken because of the tightness of my grip to it out of anger.
My heart seemed to tear down as I watched Kelli and Jungkook laugh while walking and holding a coffee. They seem too close to each other. I love Kelli's smile yet I hate it that she only smile that bright to other people, especially when she's with Jungkook. Kelli, never once gave me that smile. Moreover, what went into my brain and decided to buy a flower? I know that she will not accept it, even there is an occasion. Kelli, has never accepted a gift from me and that hurts me a lot.
I did not withstand and got off the car. I need to know why are they so happy together. I don't care if this means I'm ruining Kelli's day, all I need to know and see are why, why Kelli cannot smile at me the way she did with Jungkook?
"Hi, Ms. Min."
I greeted her and ignore Jungkook. I saw him scowl his pretty face and scrunch his nose. Like he was irritated to seen my face. Kelli, on the other hand suddenly sigh exhaustedly like my existence was unwanted and I unfortunately ruined her brightful day.
"What is it?"
Kelli asked with shade of annoyance in her voice yet she's suppressing herself to be angry. She shove her gaze into mine yet revoked it immediately and face Jungkook.
"Go on first, Jungkook. I'll go up later." Jungkook gracefully sip in his coffee before attempted to leave. Therefore, he suddenly stop and glance at Kelli. I don't know what was going on until I witnessed Jungkook wipe something at the corner of Kelli's lips and taste his thumb after then said.
"Your coffee is sweeter than mine. I'll sue that coffee shop."
Kelli, didn't complain. Instead, she giggles and hit Jungkook's arm lightly and shoo him away after. I suddenly became invisible. My chest felt so painful like it was being squeezed inside along with it's loud thump. Kelli, surely knows how to break my heart. However, seeing her smile beautifully this close is a dream come true though I know that gesture wasn't for me. Still, it's fantastic and unforgettable.
"Hey? What kind of polluted air brought you here!"
I was snapped back to reality as I heard Kelli's high pitch voice asking me that, hurtful question. Why can't she once treat me as a person?
"I... Come with me. I need to tell you something important."
I told her and all she did was check her gold plated wrist watch and sigh afterwards. I was hoping that she'll give me some of her time. I want to treat her out the restaurant. Besides, I really came to tell her somehing... About her mom.
"Look, I don't know if that was real important but I have meeting with some producers in thirty minutes. If you like, I will come at the MEC later. I also need go to and check Suga."
