Ashley's POV
"Anyway, where is your family?"
Rapmon asked me. My family? I only have my mom. Can I trust them? Should I tell them the truth about my life? I became quiet because of his question. I scowl my face and stare at the glass I held.
"I - I don't know how should I start but I left my mom at our place and my dad died 3 years ago."
I heard both of them sigh and I also felt Jin caressed my back.
"So, who's with your mom? Why did you left her? Anyway, sorry about your Dad."
Jin trying to console me. I suddenly thought of my mom. I will take her with me once I got my first salary.
"The truth is... Jin, the night you saw me at the bus station, that was the time I escaped the bad guys who abducted me from my house. They spare my mom's life in exchange of me coming with them. I was scheduled that night to come with an old man but I ran from them and luckily one stranger helped to get away from them. "
I snort and glance at Jin.
"I owe you everything Jin. I don't even have an idea where I am. Therefore, I need to move on with my life and live so I can go to my mom and take her away from our place."
I drink the wine first and finish it in just few seconds. It taste sweet and bitter at once. I immediately felt my cheeks heated because of the alcohol.
"Then, take your mom at the dorm."
Rapmon exclaimed that made me turn to him, also Jin.
"The girls need someone to look after them."
I quickly put down my glass at the center table and held Rapmon's hand.
"Really? Can I take my mom here? I mean, there at the dorm? No kidding? Seriously?"
I cannot contain my excitement. Rapmon smiled and nodded at me but he wince his face when his eyes landed to my hand that holding him.
"Okay, okay. Let's go to your mom tomorrow and take her. Call her before we leave the house so she's prepared when we get there."
That excites me more so I stood up and hugged Rapmon so tight.therefore, he pushed me away and he looked so annoyed. He eye me intently and he scowl his face.
