I slowly walked into the cafeteria, not in the mood. Sadie had not only pissed me off this morning by telling everyone that I punched her, but also somehow managed to turn everyone against me.

Now I really feel like the bad guy.

I slowly walked around, searching for a place to sit. My eyes landed on a booth at the back of the cafeteria where someone all to familiar sat.

"Wolfhard," I commented as I sat across from him. He looked up from what I assume to be his homework and sighed.

"And how was your night?" I asked sarcastically. As I tilted my head, I could see Finn's face flush with millions of emotions. Guilt, pity and sorrow being the more obvious ones.

After a few minutes of no response I decided to speak up.

"Thought so." I took a sip from my mug earning his attention.

"What's that, tea?" He asks with a dumb smile. If this was his attempt to lighten the mood, then he had some serious work to do.

"Oh my gosh your so funny." I commented with sarcasm present in my voice. He leaned back as he let the smile slip off his face.

"Look, I'm sorry about what happened last night okay? I didn't mean for it to get out of hand like that." I looked up to him and squinted my eyes.

Didn't mean for it to get out of hand? Didn't mean for it to get out of hand!

"Really?" I asked with wide eyes. "Then what did you think was going to happen, huh? Did you think your girlfriend was going to brush it off like no big deal?"

"First of all, you kissed me back."

"First of all you kissed me first!" I stated as I started to get annoyed. Why could he not just own up to his stupid stupid mistake.

"Millie look I'm sorry okay?" He sighed as a frown appeared on his face. As I saw how sorry he looked, it made me almost feel bad. I just wanted to stop our argument and give in. But then I remembered, there is nothing to give into. Finn has a girlfriend.

"Damn it Wolfhard! You make feel horrible when it's not even my fault." I started as I leaned back. "I try to hate you so much but I can't, I just can't. You keep doing these stupid things that make me want you back even though I can't have you. Do you not understand that I still have feelings for you? Do you not understand that what your doing is killing me?"

For a few minutes, there was nothing but complete silence. I could feel the embarrassment as I looked over to Finn. He was looking directly at me with a shocked face. It looked like he was almost about to break down in tears.

"I-I'm sorry I should go." With that, I got up ready to leave but was just seconds to late.

"Millie Brown what a surprise." Sadie said as she crossed her arms.

Great, just great.

"Sadie I don't have time for you right now," I said as I was about to push past her, but what she said next really got to me.
