Chapter seventeen- perfect dances and broken kisses
M I L L I E

I walked into the living room to see what seemed like a million teens dancing. With a smile on my perfectly glossed lips, I started swaying my hips to the beat as I threw my arms above my head.

I knew that people started to stare as the whistles from boys were heard, but I didn't mind. I shut my eyes and focused on the sound of music.

Suddenly I felt an arm drop onto my shoulder, causing me to stop.

"Surprisingly the party doesn't blow as much as I thought it would." The music was blaring from every end of the house, making the voice hard to hear.

I quickly turned to see Finn smiling down at me, making my heart slightly flutter.

Keep it together millie.

"Glad to hear." I simply replied.

"Schnapp!" The sound of Caleb's voice yelling over top of the music made me turn. I smiled as saw Noah and Caleb approaching us with smiles.

"Wolfhard how's it going!" I slightly giggled as Finn and Noah greeted each other. I swear they are like brothers.

"Oh my god!" A feminine voice giggled. My eyes followed the girls laugh, trying to figure out who it was.

I looked over the dance floor where a head of hair flying back and forth with every step that the girl took.

I squinted my eyes, trying to get a better view at her face when I saw a boys arms wrapped around her petit waist.

That's when it all clicked.

"Is that–"

"Sadie." Finn finished as he let his smile drop. I looked up to him letting my smile drop as well. I had to say I felt bad. Although, if everything goes according to my plan, I won't feel bad. Sadie will get what was coming for her all this time.

And she'll be sorry.

But I still had one question- if that's Sadie dancing out there and her boyfriends right beside me, then who's she with? Oh gosh

It's Romeo.

I could feel my stomach drop as soon as I saw his face. It wasn't because we broke up, but it was because of the fact that Sadie was cheating on Finn right in front of his face.

She didn't deserve Finn. He's sweet and caring and funny- he's everything that she's not! Hell, I didn't even deserve Finn.

No one deserved a guy like Finn.

As I looked back to Finn to see him talking with Caleb, I quickly slipped away. Looking over the messy table, I downed the first glass of alcohol I could see.

I was gonna need it.

Making my way back, I placed a fake smile across my face. I slowly slipped my hand with Finn's, catching his attention.
