I woke up in the middle of the night still feeling angry and confused. I'm not sure how I should feel.
I crawled out of bed and went downstairs to see Cody on his computer. I walked over and sat beside him, laying my head against him.
"Hey, beautiful. How are you feeling?"
"To be honest, I'm not sure. I just never expected this to happen."
"I know. But I think this'll be good. And who knows? Maybe you'll be the best mom ever." He wrapped his arm around me and began to run his fingers through my hair.
"Yeah, maybe." I laid in his lap facing his stomach, playing with the hem of his shirt.
Cody P.O.V
She eventually fell asleep, quietly snoring. I gently rubbed her back then stomach. Right now it's scary, but I know she'll be an amazing mother.
