Morning, almost ten in the morning when I woke up, walked to the bathroom to freshen up. Went to the kitchen to have something to eat, I grab some tuna sandwich that I bought yesterday opened the telly and watched a movie. I get my laptop in my room's desk and set myself to the living room in where I'll continue doing my fan fiction.
I opened my Wattpad to see if there are any new stuff but it is still the followers asking me to do a story. I still don't have a title for the story I've been doing so I just stare on my laptop again.
Someone rings and I walked to the door as I was about to twist the knob, it was broken as I swing it open.
"Hi, Tara." Ellie says and she has some stuff with her. She comes in as I look at the door knob. "What's wrong?" She asks. "My door knob. It's broken." I say twisting it. She comes close and takes a look. "Did someone mugged you?" Ellie asks. "No. No one. My stuff are in the same order when I slept and when I woke up." I say. "Who would go in my flat though?" I ask. "Calum?" "Calum won't do that. He rings." I say. "Well, he does." Ellie shrugs. "God, it's scaring me now." I say. "Maybe it's Calum, Tara, who would leave briefs on the floor?" Ellie says and I looked at where she was pointing. Disgusting, yes, there's a brief on the floor.
I pick it up and raised it. It doesn't smell though.
"Tara! Throw it away!" Ellie scolds me as I was laughing. I swing the brief to her. "Eugh!! Tara!" Ellie reacts and I laughed. "Here, I'm gonna throw it." I say and threw it away in the bin.
"Anyway, how's your story?" Ellie says as she sits down and took her iPad out. "I finished the plot and half of the chapter. Here read it." I say giving my laptop to her. "Can I stay over yours?" I ask Ellie. "Chris is there." She answers. "Well, I should just stay with Calum." "Yeah, you should." Ellie nods. "I'll give him a call later." I say looking at my phone and at her.
"Ellie, I have something to tell you but don't tell anyone else, okay?" I tell her. "Go on." She says as she was still reading and typing on my laptop. "This publishing group asked me to finish a book, they'll buy and publish it. Go on my Wattpad, look what they've sent me." I say. "What publishing group?" She asks. "Footprints." I say and Ellie looks at me. "Are you serious? Did you accept the offer?!" Ellie asks me. "Of course." I nod. "Footprints is a big publishing company! You're lucky! When's the deadline?" She asked me. "I told them I'm struggling with writer's block and a bit busy in college now so the deadline is within a year not more than a year and a half." I say. "Fan fiction?" She asks. "Yup." I nod. "That's great! Nice one. They published the books from One Direction." Ellie says and we both smiled. "Well, Footprints chose me to write their Harry Styles fan fiction. Isn't that great?" I ask Ellie. "That's really amazing. A few years ago, remember Mary Evans who wrote a fan fiction for Zayn and Niall, Merida Nelson for Liam and Tawnee Green for Louis and the whole group? They went on tour with the boys! You're so lucky then since they chose you to write for Harry! Oh, Tara, you're so blessed." Ellie says with laughter. "Well hopefully I get to see those great authors soon. It has been a year or two since they published their book. Well, this is the last solo fan fiction though, it should just be great." I say with a smile.
(a/n: 'footprints' doesn't exist btw)
We had our lunch, talked about the boys, the book and about what happened to my door knob.
At night, I packed up my stuff and Calum went to my flat since I'll be staying at his.
"All packed, love?" He says. "I just want to be safe tonight. The staff said that they'll be fixing the doorknob tomorrow before I come home." I say and I hand my bag to Calum. "Let's go." I say and smiled. We closed the door and I get in Calum's car. While waiting for him as he was talking to the person who's managing the flat.
