Chapter 31: Goodbyes

We're on our way back to London and I'm really excited that I would throw up. Ellie will be fetching me in the airport and hopefully go back to Newcastle tomorrow morning. I had already told them that I couldn't go to the after-party later night since I'll be having a slumber party with Ellie. No one is old for slumber parties anyway. I have a lot to tell her.

From a long sleep we had, we are already in London. We walked down the plane and got our luggage. My two large bags and my backpack that I bought in Florida that has galaxy designs which are pretty ace. Before separating ways, I stopped to say goodbye to them. Today's the last day I'll be seeing the boys this close then I'm back to reality when I walk away from them.

We're in the lounge and the boys are waiting for their car that got broke in the middle of the street on its way here. "So, I have to go now." I say to them and the crew gave me hugs and some words that made me teary. I wanted to approach Adam and the boys last since they have played a massive role in my life while we're on tour. This is also the time where I gained some courage to than Harry, for the tour and the support for the book. Nothing else.

"Thank you, Adam. It was really nice working with you." I say and he smiles. "Approach me anytime you can. I'll be your tour mate." He says and gives me a hug. "Can I approach them?" I say as my eyes points to the lads. "Of course." He says and I leave my luggage but brought my backpack with me. Niall will be the first since I was really comfortable with him. "Nialler, thank you so much. I have to go now." I say to him. "Can I have a Horan hug?" I ask him and he smiles. He opens his arms and wraps me so tight. "You're always welcome. I hope that we can still see soon." He says and I nod. "I'm just a tweet away." He adds. "I hope so." I say and we laughed. Liam walked towards us and I told him that I'll be leaving. "You're going?" he asks. "Yes. I'll be going to Newcastle tomorrow morning to see my family but of course I have to see my friend for a day." I answer him. "Thank you so much, Tara." Louis says who appeared from nowhere at my right side. "Oh, Louis. Thank you. Without you guys, I wouldn't be where I am now. You've guys played a major role." I answer and they smiled, I asked Liam and Louis for a hug and they did.

"Where's Zayn?" I ask them as I look everywhere. "He's there with your boyfriend." Liam says and Zayn is talking to Harry and Lux. "Boyfriend?" I smirked. "In your book." Niall says and I nod with a laugh. "I'll just see them." I say and walked towards Zayn. "Hi." I stand in front of them and Zayn looks at me. "I'll be going now." I add. "Oh, Tara. Are you not going to the after-party?" Zayn asks. "No. Not anymore. I have to see my family." I answer. "I do miss them." I add and I did not even glance at Harry for a second. "Oh, we'll be missing you. Thank you so much." He says and gives me a hug. "Thank you for the company. I really had fun with the book signing around America, the beaches, the tour. I really won't forget this." I tell him and he releases me. "We'll see you soon." Zayn says. "I hope so." I answer. "I'll be giving you some time with Harry." He says and takes Lux away from Harry but before he does, "You can stay." I say to him and I think I surprised him. "We'll be fine." Harry says with a smile to Zayn and gives Lux to him.

They both walked away and I don't know how to start. "You've heard everything." I say. "Everything." He repeats. I was just looking everywhere for a few seconds before he could speak again. "So, I have to go now. Thank you for the support on the book." I say and nothing personal else to include in the conversation. "It was your job anyway but thank you so much." I add and rubbed my left arm with my right hand. "You're always welcome." He says and comes close to me for a hug but I slightly moved away that no one would notice I rejected his hug. I may be rude but the feels he gives me are worse. "I have to go." I say and took a deep breath. "Goodbye." I spoke too fast so that he won't say anything else that would just stay in my head for days and wouldn't make me sleep.

I quickly walked away from him and said goodbye to everybody before I walked out the lounge.

Not far away outside the airport, I saw Ellie wearing a tank top and trousers. I walked towards her with my trolley where my luggages are.

"Ellie!" I say and she runs for a hug. "Oh! I miss you! How was tour?! You have a lot to tell me!" she says. "I do have a lot to tell you. It was brilliant. You're going to sleep over mine, right?" I ask her. "Yeah. Finally got to convince Chris even though he wanted to watch some movie today." Ellis says and helps me put my luggages in the car. We both get inside and she started to drive. "The boys are still in the lounge but I wanted to leave first." I say. "How is Harry?" she asks. "He's fine." I answer. "How are the both of you?" she asks again. "Uh...fine." I answer. "Really?" "Yeah." I nod. "Well, that's the last time we're seeing each other." I say. "What if he follows you?" Ellie asks. "Follow me? I don't think he has time for that. That wouldn't happen. Who am I in his life anyway?" I say and crossed my arms. "You told me he knew the truth, of course then if he remembers everything you had before, especially you were his girlfriend, he would come back." Ellie says and I really do not want to talk about Harry today. "Have you got my tickets to Newcastle?" I ask. "Bought them yesterday." Ellie says and gets it from her bag next to her which is between us. She reaches it to me and I opened to see what time is my flight. "Why did you get the early one?!" I ask her. "That was the only flight to Newcastle! At four in the morning!" Ellie says and I shake my head. "How are we going to enjoy our slumber party..." I say and she shrugged.

We got some food and headed back to my flat. We changed our closed to our pajamas and sat on the couch while watching telly. It was a long afternoon for the both of us since we just talked about two months of tour, book signings and the lads.

I have to get ready for tomorrow's trip to Newcastle since I'll be staying there for two weeks and come back before college starts.
