Unexpected Accident

It was Friday. Not just any kind of Friday; Black Friday. The craziest days of the year. All of the stores are packed, so is the mall. But you decided that you wanted to do some Christmas shopping for Jace and your friends and family and of course Henry and London. It's currently Thursday 11:24 PM and you were reading a book in the candle room.

All of a sudden you hear Jace whisper-yelling at you.

Jace: Y/N?!?!
Y/N: I'm in hereee!

You see the door swing open and find Jace at the doorway just standing there looking so confused.

Y/N: Are you okay?
Jace: Yeah, but since when did we have this room?
Y/N: It's the secret room.
Jace: Baby this looks creepy with all of these candles surrounding you.
Y/N: It feels peaceful and warming. You know, with Christmas coming around and the cold weather it feels nice to be cozy and warm by reading books you know?
Jace: Ohh you're one of those people... how scary?
Y/N: WHAT?!?!
Jace: I'm kidding, but this room looks nice, we should be up here more often. *Wiggles eyebrows up and down*
Y/N: You're so weird.
Jace: Thank you.
Y/N: Oh yeah, are Henry and London asleep?
Jace: Oh yeah, I just put them down to sleep.
Y/N: Great, I'm going Black Friday shopping tomorrow, you know since Christmas is coming up.
Jace: By yourself?!?
Y/N: Yeah why?
Jace: You can't go by yourself!
Y/N: Why not?
Jace: Cuz, during this time of the year there are lots of people at the mall and you never know what could happen, there's a lot of crazy people in this world sweetheart, and you need to know that
Y/N:  I'm well aware of that babe, but nothing is going to happen, trust me.
Jace: I really think I should come with you.
Y/N: It's alright, I'll be fine.
Jace: Make sure your phone is not on silent then so I can call you to check on you here and then.
Y/N: Whatever you say Jace.

Timeskip to the next day...

Since most Black Friday shoppers like to get there early you decided to go at 7:00 AM. Crazy right? You slowly got out of bed trying your best not to wake up Jace, and rushed into the bathroom with your clothes and towel.

Minutes later, you walked over to the bed and carefully shook Jace awake.

Y/N: Jace? I'm leaving now, I'll call you right when I get there.
Jace: Hmmm what??
Y/N: I said I'm leaving now, I'll be back in 2 hours, I love you.
Jace: I love you too baby.
Jace sounded so tired it sounded like he didn't even know what was going on.
You left your room and went into the twins room to check on them. They were still asleep. You smiled to yourself then ran down the stairs, grabbed your keys and left the house.

Timeskip to an hour... JACES POV

I rolled around on the bed feeling free. No presence was near me. I honestly don't remember her leaving or talking to me. Literally it felt like nothing ever happened. I got up from the bed and looked at the time which read 8:21. I groaned and went to check on Henry and London. They were still sleeping. I don't know what crazy person would wake up this early unless you have work or you're doing something special for someone, so I'm guessing that crazy person is me cuz there really is no reason for me to be awake at this time unless I'm not feeling tired, which I'm not so I'm gonna get up since it takes a while for me to fall back asleep.

Timeskpppppp still Jaces POV

After I took a shower and put on some comfortable clothes, I walked down the grand carpeted stairs into the living room. All of a sudden my phone vibrated and it was a text message from Y/N.

Y/N😻💕: Ayeloo I'm on my way home like I'll be here in 5 minutes.
Jace: Alrighty see you in a few.

I sent the message and locked my phone. And then all of a sudden I heard crying from upstairs. I walked into the kitchen and got out two bottles from the fridge. Then I walked over to the microwave and heated them up. As that was happening I walked upstairs and picked up both Henry and London from their crib. To be honest I think they need their own cribs now so it will be easier, eh we'll see in the future.

I walked down into the kitchen and grabbed both bottles from the microwave and gave them each their bottle.

Timeskip... Still ma bois POV

I've noticed that it's been more than 5 minutes more like 37 minutes to be exact. Y/N isn't home yet and I'm starting to get worried. I grabbed my phone and picked it up and tried calling her, but it went straight to voicemail. Now I'm really starting to panic. I knew she was going to come home soon, I just knew it. To calm myself down I just flipped through the channels and the news channel caught my attention. I started listening for a few seconds and then my heart skipped a beat. I dropped the remote on the floor and just sat there in shock.

Your POV (before Jace saw the news)

I was on my way home from the mall, yeah it kinda took forever which was exhausting, but hey I managed to get outta there safe and sound. I decided to text Jace telling him that I'll be home in like 5 minutes. I locked my phone and set it down on the passengers seat. Then I came to a red light. I stopped and waited for like 1 minute then it turned green. I was almost onto my street. As I was driving straight all of a sudden I see a black car driving ridiculously fast. It was coming towards me. And it all happened. I felt a hard impact hit me, and then at that moment, everything went black.

Back to Jaces POV...

I could not believe what I was looking at right now.

News reporter: Here we are arriving at the scene of a devastating car crash. We got reports that the female driver who was hit during the crash is identified as Y/N L/N, a 17 year old who is currently dating Jace Norman from Nickelodeons show Henry Danger. Y/N also has 2 newborn twins with Norman. Witnesses say that a black car came speeding in past the red light and collided into Y/Ns car. Both are being taken to the hospital. The driver is hurt but alright, and Y/N blacked out. We'll have more on this story back at 5:00.

I was so mad. Words couldn't explain how mad I was, I want to kill that guy. I want revenge. My blood was boiling inside of me and I was red. Tears started to fall from my eyes.
I had to go to the hospital, and find that jerk, but most importantly, see my baby. I called Riele and told her everything that happened and asked her if she could watch the twins for me while I was gone. She agreed and came right away. I left and was on my way to the hospital.

T I M E S K I P...

I arrived at the hospital desperately looking around. I walked up to the front desk and told the nurse why I was there. She said I could visit her in the specific room number Y/N was in.

I ran down the hallways looking for room 312. I saw it was to my right and walked in. I looked over the bed and saw the condition my babygirl was in. Just seeing her like that wanted to make me cry. It's sad and devastating. I walked over to her and sat down. I looked at her and saw that she was awake.

No ones POV

Jace: Y/N?!?!
Y/N: Jace.
Jace: Are you okay?!?! Oh my goodness I can't believe this happened.
Y/N: I know, this stupid driver ran past the fricking red light and crashed right into me going like 134 miles per hour.
Jace: I wanna get my hands on this little-
Y/N: Hey hey hey, it's already been taken care of, he's in jail. I wanna file for a complaint. This really isn't fair.
Jace: The heck we are filing for a complaint. I could've lost you and I was so worried.
Y/N: I feel fine now, I just blacked out but it was nothing serious as it looked.
Jace: I'm glad you're okay.

Jace bends down and kisses you.

Y/N: I love you Jace.
Jace: I love you too.

Time goes by and you left the hospital the next day, and you were home safe and sound.
