It's Thursday and your in science class.
Your sitting as you are playing with your nails while you hear your teacher talking about plants but didn't care to pay attention.
Suddenly you feel a presence of someone sit next to you which is of course
Ethan since he sits next to you.
You look over to see him handshaking his friends in front of you.
"Yo...Y/N have you done History homework?"
One of Ethan's friends, Michael asks.
"Yea"
you replied.
"Can you do it for me please?"
He said nicely but you didn't want to.
Ethan and his other friend, Jack were looking at you to wait for a response back.
"Uhh...."
you froze as you felt nervousness about Ethan looking at you.
"Awkward"
jack mumbled
"Jack just stop go bother somebody else."
Ethan said as he nudged him.
"no sorry "
you replied.
"Okay fine"
"Awkward"
Michael whispered to his friends while laughing.
I put my head in my hands knowing I just awkwardly embarrassed myself in front of Ethan.
Ethan's POV
I knew she looked embarrassed as she put her head in her hands.
Michael knew she would freeze because I was looking at her and he wanted to prove she liked me but I didn't want to embarrass her.

The bell rang
Your POV
I quickly grabbed my books and fled off to the hall so I wouldn't have to be seen.
But on the way there Ethan already left class so he bumped into me as I fell and dropped all my books.
"sorry"
i said
"No it's fine, Are you ok?"
He said
"Yea"
I replied back
"Yeah Michael was being a j-"
"Yo ITS AKWARD and Ethan!!!"
Michael yelled
"Common bro just leave her alone"
Ethan said trying to defend me as he picked my books up and held his him out to pick me up.
"Fine Ethan hang out with her.
Just get ready for those Awkward stutters"
Michael said laughing as he left with all his other friends.
"Sorry he's being a jerk"
E said handing me my journal
"It's fine thanks"
I said grabbing my journal and speed walking out the door of the halls on the verge of crying a river but something called me out.
"Wait"
Ethan said
I turned back and looked at him with small tears welling up.
"Wanna hang out and get some burgers later maybe ?"
He smiled
I took a second to process it but quickly went back to reality
I nodded yes and smiled softly
"Meet me outside after school love."
He said rubbing his hands
I nodded knowing that he asked me out on a date.
