You step up feeling the comfort of your shoes as You look over yourself in the tall mirror.
Ethan and you had decided to go out to another party.
This time it was Ethan's friend Jacob's party.
lately Ethan had been pretty lazy and unenergized and going out to lots of party's.
This time you decided to tag along.
You head down the hall to the living room seeing him rub his eyes.
He looked great as always.
Black jeans with a white hoodie while wearing whites Nike Air Force 1s.
his eyes looked up at you having a slight smirk on his face.
"You look beautiful"
He says hugging your waist.
the tint in your cheeks say it all.
you both head out getting in the car to get to the party.

The car ride wasn't super long but normal.
The house was huge and you could see the lawn and inside filled with people and whatnot.
As you head inside the smell of weed hits your nose buds.
You hated smoking or anything to do with that.
You vowed never to do it.
And hoped Ethan wouldn't do that to harm himself either.
you both walk in hand in hand as you recognize some familiar people inside.
you feel the warmth of your hand go away as Ethan looks up at you.
"I'll be hanging out with the guys in the lounge room if you need me"
He says.
You nod at him watching him walk off.
You start heading over to some of the girls you had met last time you were here.
they were really chill so you didn't mind being around them.

They all greet you now starting some conversation.
'Lil baby' starts playing as you hear the whole crowd sing along to 'close friends'.
You feel excitement hit you as you all sing along.
You had wondered where Ethan was.

your legs ached and you had been here for hours dancing and talking.
You just wanted to go home under the sheets and sleep.
You decided it was probably best to get home.
