Emily's POV ~

"Is that a man?" I heard Simon exclaim and I quickly looked up. I was getting a massive feeling of deja vu, but I couldn't place a finger on why. I located the man Simon was refering to in a mere moment and pulled out my bow, arrow loaded. Jacob, apparently having the same idea, pulled out his diamond sword. I had no clue when he had used our diamonds for that, but questions would be saved for later. I watched as the man turned to face us and saw a look of shock flash across his face as he quickly hides something behind his back.i

"H-Hello travellers!" the man said, tossing whatever he had been hiding into the bushes behind him. I started towards him and lowered my bow. As I got closer his name appeared above his head. Old_Peculiar.

"Hello. I am Emily and these are my friends. Where are we exactly?" I questioned as the others followed cautiously behind me.

"You are in the lovely town known as Terrorvale!" The man said and I can hear the fear still evident in his voice. I flashed him a smile and motion for the others to put away their weapons. I examined the man closer as the others lowered their swords. He looked fairly old, but he had a frightened rabbit look about him. Before I could further examine him he spoke up again. "Follow me to my inn. We can continue this conversation there." He then turned on his heels and began to walk into the town. I hesitated momentarily before following him to a small inn. I noticed Lewis and Simon whispering behind me and I ignored them as the innkeeper goes on about the town.

Old_Peculiar paused to take a breath and Lewis took the chance to speak up, "Is there anything around town that we might be able to help out with?" Old_Peculiar's face contorted with annoyance for a moment before he handed out milk to everyone and told us about the blacksmith's troubles.

"Are you interested in helping out?" he asked us and we all responded with quick nods. "Alright then follow me." He said before walking out of the inn.

"There's MORE people!?" Lewis exclaimed into his headset. It would have been unnecessary if not for the fact that other people outside of our group seemed to not be able to hear us when we communicated through them.

"Apparently," I sighed back to him before drinking my milk and following the man.

"Should you have drunken that?" Jacob asked me through his headset, "What if the old guy poisoned it or something!" I let out a giggle at this before responding.

"I would already be dead if it was," I said back. "Look at him though! He's following the path! Should we be doing that?" I asked, motioning towards the grass we were all standing on.

"Eh, I'm sure it's fine. He hasn't said anything' so it doesn't matter." Simon responded.

"Yeah if no one tells you to specifically NOT to do something then you can do it," Eve says, her grin evident in her voice as she splashed in one of the puddles the fountain had created. "Also, did you guys notice how many chickens are in this fountain!?"

"Just this way travellers!" Peculiar interrupted unintentionally and we all looked over at him as he motioned towards a stone building with open doors. I peered in and saw a pretty blonde lady working at the forge. She wore black gloves, thick goggles, and a pretty green dress on. When she turned to face us I noticed a pretty red flower in her hair.

"Hello there!" She chirps as she pulls off her gloves and her goggles. I waved at her and was about to offer her a greeting when Simon blurted out.

"What a pretty young lady!" I watched the lady blush and she moved towards us, causing Daisy_Duke to pop up above her head.

"You aren't so bad yourself dwarf" She flirted back and I let out a snort of laughter.

"Get a room!" I laughed into the headpiece.

"Get a life!" Simon retorted before turning his attention back to Daisy.

"I heard you were in need of some help?" He said whilst the others and I cracked up in the background with a disturbed looking Peculiar.

"Oh yes! There is a cave below this town that hold treasures. Some even say there's diamond down there! If you can bring me the diamond I'll make you all armour!" She responded with a bright smile.

"But if we have the ore can't we just make ourselves the armour?" Lewis says into his headset, but Simon ignores him.

"We'll do it!" Simon exclaimed. I let out a groan, but followed the others out anyways. Daisy made some comments, but I stopped listening the second she told us where it was. I was busy thinking about how crazy our situation was. We were trapped in a game and now there were other people! How long had they been here? Were they trapped here like us? Would we never get out!? My thoughts were interupted by a shrill yell in my headset."SPIDERS!?" Simon shrieks into his headset and I jump, glaring at him. Soon enough though we were digging into the abandoned mine. I took a look around and a suspicious feeling overcame me.

"What if they trap us in here and leave us to die?" I asked the others, not bothering to use my headset saying they can't hear us anymore.

"We can respawn if we die so I'd like to see them try," Jacob laughed as we pushed forwards through the cave. We pass a ton of ore and Jacob mines all of it, no matter how many times we had told him not to bother. We eventually found the diamond after a close call with lava and began to make our way back up out of the dark cave.
