Chapter One

POV

It was a nice morning and it was also the first day of school. Jae Eun and Jin Ae are childhood best friends and lived in the same house with their moms. Their mom's are also best friends. They decided to live together since they are partners in running a café in town.

Jae Eun's mom Bakes the best muffins and food while Jin Ae's mom makes the best drinks, including coffees and juices, the best partners.

Customers have always admired the café and its always busy.

It was eight-o clock in the morning, Jae Eun and Jin Ae were still in their bed sleeping soundly. "YAAA PARK JAE EUN , KIM JIN AE, WAKE UP NOW IF YOU DON'T WANNA BE LATE FOR SCHOOL!!" Shouted Ms Park and Ms Kim. "Jinyoung-ah, please wake your sister up, she's still not budging after those shoutings". "Ne eomma" Jinyoung replied. Jinyoung walked to her room and shook her shoulder "Jae eun-aahhh Wake upp.. mom will drive us to school so hurry if you don't wanna take the bus..."

Jae Eun's POV

Ughhh.. its so early in the morning!! Just thinking about school is already making me lazy to go. I don't wanna get up from this comfy bed yet!

I felt Jinyoung oppa shook my shoulder a little to wake me up... Uughhh... I heard him exit my room and also heard my mom shouting AGAIN. "JAE EUN!! ARE GONNA WAKE UP OR SHOULD I SPLASH WATER ON YOUR FACE!!" I immediately sat up on my bed upon hearing my mom, "IM UPP!!" I shouted. She probably has that smile on her face. 

I lazily walked to the bathroom, took a shower and brushed my teeth. I did my usual morning routine, got changed and went downstairs to eat breakfast.. "morning" I grumpily said, I sat down on one of the stools and grabbed the milk and cereal. "Finally, your awake" my brother said "why is it so hard to wake you up??" He continued while munching the waffles.

"Because I like sleeping that's why..." I replied. "Naahhh... You're just lazy" Jinyoung said..

I slapped my brother on the arm. Mom just stared at us to stopped annoying each other. I don't want her to make us hug each other and say sorry. I cringe imagining that, I pushed away the thought and noticed that girl is not here "Oh.. where's Jin Ae? She's not awake yet??" I asked putting a spoonful of cereal in my mouth "Do you see her around Jae Eun?" Jinyoung asked and smirked, I just rolled my eyes at Jinyoung with annoyance.

"No I don't think she'll wake up anytime sooner".. Jin Ae's mom stated.. "okay ill wake her up" I went upstairs to my sleeping  bestfriends room. I saw her still lying on her bed. How should I wake this girl up? I thought.

As I had an idea, I went closer to her bed, took a pillow and hit Jin Ae with it.

Jin Ae suddenly jolted from her bed and glared at me. If stare could kill I'd be dead by now.

Jin Ae's POV

I heard my bedroom floor creak but I didn't bother to open my eyes as I was still sleepy. I was looking for my other pillow and the next thing I know I was hit by it.

I immediately opened my eyes and saw the culprit. This evil girl was in front of me and was holding a pillow, I glared at my bestfriend and she just sheepishly smiled, I sighed.

"Yaaa wake up, mom said she'll drive us to school. Hyun-Ok eomma will go straight to the café." Jae Eun said. "Ughh.. what time is it?" I asked. She looked at her watched, "its 8:25." My eyes widened, she smirked while crossing her arms "shit!" I quickly jumped out of bed and went straight to the bathroom. "Jin Ae hurry up downstairs and eat" I heard her yell.

After awhile of showering and morning routines, I headed downstairs and sat on one of the stools. I grabbed whatever food is in the table and ate. "What took you so long?" Jinyoung asked. I scoffed at him, he's just so annoying that I wanna punch him, I just stayed quiet.

Good thing I'm an only child... it must be hard on Jae Eun.

After we were done eating the three of us went outside and waited for our parents. Jae Eun's mom drove us to school, the time now says 8:45 and the class starts at 9. The school wasn't that far if its by car, and if its by bus it will take around 25 min.

We arrived at school 5 min before the classes starts, we rushed to our classrooms and barely got there in time. Good thing we arrived first before the teacher does.

Me and Jae Eun are in the same class which made me happy. Since it's the first day of school we don't know what we're doing yet.

The class was noisy as usual, Jae Eun and I  just sat at our table quietly thinking about lunch, and the fact that we can't wait to go home.

The teacher suddenly entered the classroom and everyone rushed to their sits. We greeted the teacher and she started some activities. Everyone in the classroom groaned and whined as the teacher wrote some activities on the board. We're already doing activities on the first day of school?! Heol! The first and second period ended quickly and we're finally going to eat!

POV

Jae Eun and Jin Ae met with their other friends, their friends were mostly guys instead of girls. Well... it's most likely Jae Eun who hangs out with the guys, Jin Ae goes with their other two female friends.

As they were walking on the hallway Hoseok, Yoongi, Namjoon, Jin and the twin sister Hei-Ran and Hei Ryung were by the benches outside school. They have their own lunches, elementary school students are either to eat inside or outside classroom.

As they were eating Jin Ae suddenly spoke breaking the silence "Welp, hows vacation you guys?? We missed you!"
"We missed you too guys" Hoseok replied.
"What did you guys do during vacation?" Jae Eun Asked.
"Well... we just went here and there" Namjoon said
"mhm.. also played some basketball and what not" suga added.

Jin was busy eating his lunch so they just let him eat. "What about you twins?" Namjoon asked "we traveled with our parents, we were out of town most of the time" Hei-ran said. "Must be exciting!" Hoseok Squeaked. Hei-ryung just laughed at Hoseok's silliness.

They just talked and laughed during lunch break, time flies so fast, the bell rang  as a sign that it was time to go back to class. This is going to be a long class period! Uughhh! I can do this it's our last year of elementary school! Jae Eun thought.
