Chapter-Thirty-Two

Jae Eun's POV

We partied until midnight, the venue my mom rented is only until midnight, so we started packing around 11:30. Other guests went home early and the others stayed to help clean up the place.
My mom was thankful to them, even Bangtan and the twins helped too.

We were, at the piano hanging out. I played a song that they know and they were singing along, Jin Ae also stayed a little while.

They almost done cleaning up and we just sat wherever there's a spare chair.
"Yahh, is there something going on between you and that Jungkook guy?" Jin Ae suddenly whispered, *right, I haven't told her yet about it*.

I nodded, I saw her shocked reaction "since when?" She ask
"for almost 2 years now" she pinch me
"ow, what was that for?" I said rubbing my arm
"that is for not telling, how could you not tell me?" She whispered yell.
"I was going to, I was waiting for the right moment" I was really going to tell her, I don't wanna tell her over the phone. "Right moment my ass" she rolled her eyes "by the way, does your mom know about this? Hm?"

Her interrogation just doesn't stop
"no, she doesn't, you know our deal and why would I tell her" I said in a low voice being careful that no one will hear it. She just nodded, the music is still on so we're just there bobbing our head. We were tired from the dancing, also we wore heels the whole night.

"Hey Jin Ae" Taehyung walked pass by us and *'hey Jin Ae'? Heol! What was that about?*
"Hey Tae" she said smiling. Hold up, this smile is different, there's something in that smile.

I looked at my best friend confuse, I mentally scoffed. What's going on with these two monkeys "yah, do you know each other" I turned to her and asked "yeah, we work together" I nodded.

"Wow, he works kinda far from here" I was going to let it go but I really can't because of my curiosity "is there something going on between you two?" It was my turn to ask her
"what ? N-no, nothing" I squinted my eyes, *really?*
"Look me in the eyes and tell me straight" I said and she sigh, I'm right... there is something.
"Fine, I have a crush on Kim Taehyung, Okay? Happy?" She rolled her eyes and I just smiled.
"Why didn't you tell me then?" I said still smiling
"because, you're going to tease me like this" I laughed at what she said, yep she's right I will tease her.

Jungkook's POV

After the party I decided to help Jae's mom and brother, trying to gain Ms. Park's approval. Jinyoung hyung patted my shoulder "good job kid" he whispered, I smiled.

"Aigoo Jungkook-ah, you can have fun with them there, I'm okay here Jinyoung will help me and these other people too." Ms. Park said.
"It's okay Ms. Park, I wanna help, you should be the one sitting down. You must be tired." I went to search for a chair, I finally found one and gave it to Ms. Park
"here you go Ms. Park, sit down and I will help them." I said smiling helping her to sit down. "Aigoo, thank you so much Jungkook, and you can call me eommonim or eomma if you want. You've been Jae's best friend too." She said smiling, I smiled showing my teeth "yes, eommonim, thank you and no problem this is nothing"

We quickly finished, other things are in Taehyung hyung's car while the other are in her mom's car. Since I'm driving V hyung's car, I told Jae's mom that she could ride with me, so that other stuff will fit in her car. She agreed and I was satisfied since I get to spend time with Jae even just for a moment.

We are driving going to Jae's House "Thanks babe, for coming. You even missed your family trip" she sigh, she looked guilty. "Aren't you happy? That I went to your special day?" I asked
"I am, I really am" she said smiling
"then that's good enough for me". He held my hand while other is on the steering wheel.
"Are your parents okay with it?" It still bothers her
"don't worry Jae, it's okay with them. I wouldn't be here if they didn't agree right?" She sigh again and smiled.
"I love you babe" she said, it's so nice to hear
"I love you too baby" she leaned on the seat, I was still holding her hand. I let her fall asleep since she's tired from today.

POV

They arrived home and Jae was still sleeping in the car, Jungkook unload all the things from the party first and he let her mom know that she's sleeping in the car.

Jungkook didn't want to wake her up so he decided to carry her to her room, *shell probably wake up soon* Jungkook thought.

"Thank you Jungkook, you are a big help." Jae's mom thanked him again. Jungkook smiled and bowed "i'll get going eommonim, hyung" he said and bowed once again. They waved at him and Jungkook went home.

Jae woke up in the middle of the night, not knowing where she is right now.

Jae Eun's POV

I sat up from my bed vision still blurry, where am I? Is this my room?

I looked around and things started to familiarized me, *aahhh, I'm in my room*. But how did I get here? I was just in the car with Jungkook. How can they not wake me up?

I'm still in my dress with full make up on. Great. I lazily got out of bed, grab my towel and went to take a bath.

After I took a bath I went to grab my phone and check the time, my eyes widened "5am?" I whispered to myself. I've been dead for 4 and a half hours, and now I can't sleep. I don't wanna sit around doing nothing. Maybe I could open my gifts, but my mom wants to see them, I'll do it tomorrow.

*I wonder if I got money as a gift*. all these thoughts in my head at 5 o'clock in the morning.

Jungkook's probably sleeping right now, I can't really call him.
I don't wanna bother him, by the time my hair is dry, the sun is already up. I'll get some sleep later then if I get sleepy.

Jungkook's POV

I heard my phone rang, ugghhh who's calling me at this hour?! I checked the time it's 5am. *Come on!*

My eyes are still close and answered the phone "hello" I said weakly "oh, sorry if I interrupted your sleep." A girl's voice spoke on the other side of the line, I suddenly opened my eyes. I looked at the caller I.D and it's Lisa.

We got each others number while I was touring her at the school. "Whats up? Why are you awake at this hour?" I asked "I couldn't sleep, I was taking a walk and I happened to be in you neighbourhood, at least I think I am. I got lost" she said with in a low voice. "Where are you? I'll go there" she gave me the place where she at and went to her.

She was almost at the school's park, I saw her standing around "hey Lisa!" I called. She turned around and waved, I ran to where she's at.
"Why are you wandering around when you don't know where you're going?" I nagged, she put her head down
"I just wanna take a walk" I sigh
"it's cold too, you might catch a cold. Let's get you home, what's your address?" She gave me the address and I walked her home.

This reminds me when I always walk Jae to her house, I smiled and the taught. I didn't realized that Lisa was looking at me. "What are you smiling at?" She asked

"Nothing, I just got reminded by something" I said and she nodded.

We finally arrived at her house "here we are, don't go around in the dark again okay?" She chuckled and smiled at me. I smiled back "yes, I won't, sorry if I bothered you"

"No it's okay, really, don't worry about it. I'll go now" I started walking I waved at her and she waved back.
