Chapter Nine

POV

Jae and Kook met at a café and they were planning where to go.
"So where to now?" Jae asked while sipping on her beverage.
"Lets go anywhere, there's Namsan tower, we could go to Myeongdong night market, the han river" kook suggested.
"Okay!"

They were getting excited and they started going to places. They played on some claw machines they saw on the way, Jae was the first one to play but she didn't win. So kook took her place and played instead.
"I'll give you this if I win" Jungkook confidently said to Jae
"alright! Give me your best shot!" Kook played, Jae was just standing there watching Kookie played and waiting for him to win. After some time of playing, Jungkook finally won!

"Yes! See I told I could get you one!" He said jumping out of excitement.
"Here you go, another gift from me to you" Jae giggled as she was receiving the plushie that kookie got.

They went to Namsan and the night is getting deeper. "Waa its soo nice up here" Jae said "I know right... and it's nicer with you" Kookie mumbled under his breath.

Jae looked at kookie "what?"
"Nothing, nothing.." Jae looked away and stared at the stars above.
They stayed like that for a moment and they decided to go to the night market as they were getting hungry.

Jae Eun's POV

We are now at Myeongdong looking at every food stand, trying to think of what to eat. And I want to eat everything!

I found the Deokkboki stand and went there. "Ahjuhmma two orders of Deokkboki please" I said while Jungkook was behind me, the ahjuhmma gave us the food and I was about to pay when kookie reached to the ahjuhmma first and paid.
"Yahh, why'd you do that?"
"It's okay today is my treat." He smiled at me. I just let him go but next time I'll make sure I'll pay.

After eating Deokkboki, I wasn't satisfied and I was still hungry. So we went to every stand and bought snacks. But kookie didn't eat much since he said he's on a diet or whatever.

After all that eating I was still feeling hungry "Kook, let's eat a proper meal" Jungkook just stared at me wondering where all that food I ate went. So he just nodded and we went to a restaurant.

I ordered gamjatang and he ordered jajangmyun. "Kook, eat lots okay? You don't need to diet, you look just fine" he just sigh, but I know he'll still do it.
"Look, you can still diet once in a while, eat as much as you can so you'll have energy" I looked at him worriedly.

While we were eating I heard my phone rang. Oh shit! Its my mom calling! I forgot to tell her I'm going out.

I was internally crying and I am so dead when I get home.

I answered the call and I heard my mom yelled from the other side "LADY! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN! DO YOU KNOW HOW WORRIED I WAS!!" I slightly put the phone away from my ears, I almost lost my hearing! Kookie was looking at me worriedly.

I assured him that I'm fine and answered my mom "sorry mom, I was out with my friends, it's not the twins, my other school friends. We were just eating." I was waiting for her to yell again but it got quiet "why didn't you text me then, I was worried sick, I thought something happened to you, I came home and you weren't here. If you wanna go out just tell me and that's enough, at least I know you're safe" I sigh "ne eomma, Im sorry"
"alright, go home soon okay?"
"Yes mom" we hung up.
"You are so gonna get a beating when you get home" Kookie teased. I rolled my eyes, cause I cant reach him at the other side of the table to slap him. He was just laughing his ass off. "Okay okay I'm sorry" he said after catching his breath.

Jungkook's POV

After we're done eating we head straight home since it's late, I walked her home "are you sure you'll be okay going home?" She suddenly asked as we stop 2 blocks away from her house. "I'll be fine, I'm a big guy Jae" she smiled at me. "Thank you for today Kook, I had a lot of fun and my tummy is happy" she giggled while I smiled staring at her. She eats so much but never gets fat, it's fascinating.

"I had fun too, I hope we could do it again." She nodded "go now, before you're mom goes crazy again" we laughed and she walked towards her house, she waved and I waved back.

Sigh, what a long day... she must have been tired from all that, shell probably go straight to sleep.

I got home and no one's here yet, it was around 10 in the evening, I guess I just have to sleep. I took a shower before lying on my bed, I can't stand not taking a shower before going out or before going to sleep. It feels so sticky.

I grab my phone and dialled Jae's number, "hello?" She quickly picked up "hey Jae, are you already sleeping?"
"No, I just got out of the shower and I was about to sleep, why you called?"
"Nothing I just wanna make sure you got home safe and also thank you for today" it was silent so I spoke again "soo goodnight Jae see you around" I smiled just thinking about her.
"Bye Kook, thank you again, seeya" she hung up.

I laid on my bed and thinking about what we did today. She looked really cute when she eats, she looks like a kid especially when she pout her lips, she's a happy kid.

I was thinking about todays event and I felt my eyes getting heavier, and I was off to dreamland. I hope to see you there too Jae.
