Chapter Twenty-Seven

Jungkook's POV
Oppa? Did she just called me oppa? I mean, were the same age but am I really older than her. I have to check when is her birthday or should I ask? No, that would be rude.

"Uh.. thanks? I guess." I saw Jae staring at me, her stare scares me. "You were really good too, nice job" I said awkwardly.

"Ehem, guys let's we have to change the event will start in 30 min, let's get ready" Hail to you Namjoon hyung, you just saved the awkwardness.

We all said our goodbyes, "I guess I'll see you later oppa!" I heard her shouted, waa Oppa? Seriously? Hhmmm.. weird.

We the guys headed to the men's and girls to the women's change room. We fixed our hair and put some perfume before heading out. I didn't see the girls yet, are they not done? 15 more minutes before the show starts.

It's been 5min since we are waiting for the girls to finish, and finally! They came out of the change rooms "you takes so much time to get ready" Hoseok hyung said. "Because, make up and hair needs to be perfect, especially for todays performance" Hei-ryung said

"eyy you don't need make up, you guys already looked good with your natural beauty" Jimin said to the girls. "Hyung, I still wonder why you don't have a girlfriend when you're so good with words" I said to him, we all laugh and he just stared at me ready to kill me. "Alright, let's go or else we're going to be late" Suga hyung said.

Jae's POV
We are walking our way to the auditorium, we will be watching other performances first, there will be a band playing and also some videos from our school, we will be performing last anyways, so why not enjoy the other shows.

The MC started saying some things, he welcomed all the guests that are in the auditorium getting them excited. He introduced the band that will be performing.

But that thought of Lisa calling my boyfriend 'Oppa'? Wwaaa, I guess Hei-ran has a point. Hei-ran is probably going to say 'I told you so' later.

This is stressing me out, I should be enjoying the performances and here I am thinking about those stuff. Damn it! We seated in the front so it would be easier for us to go back stage.

"What did I tell you Jae, now do you believe me?" Hei-ran suddenly whispered, I rolled my eyes "yeah yeah, whatever, I have to keep an eye on her, no we have to.."

I let myself enjoy the show and let go of that thought, my body automatically moves to the rhythm of the music the whole show.

It was now time for the stage performance, Im getting nervous. This is the first time I'm performing and In front of these people. My palms of my hands are sweating so much, "don't be nervous babe, you'll be fine we're here for you. I AM here for you" he emphasized, he smiled at me and I smiled back. We're not even performing yet and I'm already shaking, Jungkook held my hand trying to calm me down.

POV
Their parents are already seated and waiting for their children to perform. Coincidentally, they were sitting one row away from one another.

"Jinyoung-ah, when is your sister performing?" She asked her son "eomma, just wait, I heard that they will perform at the very last" Jinyoung answered "what?! Last?!, I should've come a little later" she said annoyingly "aigoo eomma, you are so biased, can you just enjoy the show? They're really good!" Jinyoung convinced her mother "alright alright"

Stage performances went by fast, it was now Lisa performing, her mom and friends were shouting.... Proud of her daughter performing at her new school.

When Lisa finished performing, everyone cheered for her. They talked about how could she was, she bowed and exited the stage. She quickly took a seat in the front so she could see Jungkook perform better later. She couldn't wait for them to perform, but right now she's just enjoying the other performances.

Jae Eun's POV
Oh no, the show is almost over and we're performing soon, we are now backstage waiting for our turn. There is another group performing before us, the MC went up to the stage, he will be introducing the the group before us and he will introduce us again later on.

My sweat is cold, am going to make this? I don't even know if I can dance properly. "Babe, is it too late to back away? I don't think I can do this!" I walk back and forth trying to calm myself but it is not working.

My heart is racing so fast from nervousness "hey, hey babe look at me" Jungkook held both of my shoulders making me face him. "You'll be fine okay? You won't be alone on stage, come here" he pulled into a hug, I feel so much better. We broke the hug as it is our turn to perform. Okay Jae, Let's do this! Hwaiting!

Before we went up to stage, everyone put their hands in the middle and shouted. The MC finally mentioned Bangtan's name with our names in it. Everyone's cheering, anticipating Bangtan's performance. Not ours cause we're not part of the group

I saw how Lisa's eyes sparkled when she saw Jungkook. Waa this girl is unbelievable, I'm pretty sure she knows Jungkook is taken. Hei-ryung nudge me to remind me that we're almost starting, I get myself together, and positioned myself.

I hear the cheers of the students and other guests in the auditorium. The music started playing, for the first part of the song we're going to pose, so me and Jungkook decided to make a heart. Everyone was shouting, oh no I forgot, my mom is watching. Oh well, it's alright it's just a performance.

We went all out for this performance, I can barely see the audience since we're moving from here and there. I looked for my mom in the audience but I can't see her, maybe she's all the way at back seat or maybe in the middle. I saw someone in the far back, two figure waving... oh! I think it's eomma and oppa, they came! I danced as hard as I can.

We finished the performance, the auditorium went crazy, we all bowed and thank everyone.

We exited the stage, ugghhh I feel like my legs are going to collapsed. I seriously need to exercise to have a good stamina, I get tired so easily.

The MC thank all the guests and students that came and called all the performers on stage. We bowed once again and enjoying the music.
