Chapter Ten

POV

The squad (Jin, Namjoon, Hoseok, Yoongi, Taehyung, Jimin, Jungkook, the twins and Jae) decided to go to the mall and hang out, since it's been forever. Since it was a hot summer day, they went to Starbucks and bought some cold drinks to cool them down.

They walk around the mall for a bit, looking for some clothes and whatnot. Namjoon, Hoseok and the twins were the first one to leave, they were going somewhere to eat.

Jin and Yoongi went after to play some Bball. Then lastly Tae and Jimin went to the internet café to play games.

Kookie and Jae was left alone again by their friends.

They sat down at the food court enjoying their drinks. Jungkook thought of something,

"Kookie" he called, Jungkook faced Jae before speaking "what?"
"What if we told the guys that we're dating?" She questioned,

Jungkook was shocked at the sudden question, he didn't know what to say. "The twins always tease me that I'm so Tomboy-ish, I'm not right?" She continued

"maybe a little" Jungkook said.. she slapped his arm. "So what do you say? Yeah?... Let's prank them and tell them we're official.."
"soo you mean we tell them we're together as a joke?" Jungkook clarified..
"yeah something like that.." Jae was looking at Jungkook waiting for his answer
"okay, let's do it! The hyungs always tease me for not having a girlfriend since birth"
he shyly said looking down, didn't want Jae to see his face.

"What?! You haven't had a girlfriend? Waa I thought you were the type to have a lot of girls" Jae was trying not laugh and Jungkook just stayed silent, feeling offended.

Jae noticed it "it's okay me too" Jungkook suddenly looked at Jae a bit surprised.

Jinyoung's POV

I'm at the mall with my friends when I saw someone familiar. Is that... my sister? With a boy?! And their alone?! Heol! I can't believe my little sister is dating

I mean she hangs out with guys but she's alone with one guy... I have to do something about this.

I was about to go and confront her but one of my friends called "YAH Jinyoung-ah are you coming or what?" Good thing we were far from her so she didn't hear my name, the people were also loud.

"Yeahh coming!" I ran towards my friends to catch up. Wait till you get home young lady, I'm going to interrogate you.

Jungkook's POV

I was pretty happy, that I get to be Jae's boyfriend, even though we were just joking about it. It makes me happy

Jae and I continued walking around the mall until we got tired and decided to eat. Im going to have a feast today! I feel like the heavens are on my side... Thank you!

We arrived at the restaurant and I did the ordering "Kook why ordered so much, I thought you were dieting"
"as you said Jae I could diet once in a while, and I'm feeling really hungry" I said smiling...

I was lying when I said that, I was just in the mood and felt like celebrating. We'll tell our friends Jae and I are dating.. Awesome!

Since I like Jae, I'm feeling butterflies in my stomach, its getting me excited.

I looked at Jae playing on her phone while waiting for the foods. She really looks pretty, her dimple shows every time she smiles, makes her more attractive, how I wish us dating is real. Does she have the same feelings for me too?

I heard my name being called, "huh, what?" I confusedly said. I saw Jae smiling at my reaction "I said are you okay? You were spacing out and staring" I looked away, my face turned a little red and I felt it getting warm.

"Ohh.. yeah I'm fine" I said looking at her embarrassed.

The foods finally arrived and we started eating "mmm this is soo good, you should bring me to restaurants with good food often" she told me while savouring the food.

I just smiled and continued eating. The best day of my life.

Jae Eun's POV

After Jungkook and I had that fight on spring day, I felt like I couldn't live a day without talking to him. I can't handle the fact that he's mad at me, I felt terrible.

My heart was beating so fast that I thought we were going to grow apart from each other. I just cant't imagine that, I'm also having a weird feeling on my stomach. The same feeling when i see Jimin, but it's also different when it comes to Jungkook. I don't know... I do have a crush on Jimin, but only until there.

I pushed the thought away, we were now on the bus going home, we bought so much. I bought some clothes, while Kookie bought some shoes, I also bought one that's the same as his. It was a tiring day.

I rested my head on Kookie's shoulder as i feel my eyes slowly closing.

Jungkook's POV

We were at the bus going home, what a fun day. I still can't get the thought out of my head, Jae and I dating, not for real but still.

I was looking out the window when I felt Jae's head on my shoulder. She must've been tired, I took the bags that she was holding. She even looks pretty while sleeping, I stared at her for I don't know how long.

I rested my head on hers, I'm already satisfied being close to her like this. What more could I ask for? The only missing part is us being real, that's all. I wish time would stop and slow down, I want this moment to last.

We are almost at our stop, I shake Jae a little to wake her up. "We're here" she looked confused and looked at the window. "Kook you missed your stop". I smiled, I held her hand and got off the bus.

"It's okay, you were sleeping so I waited until we were at your stop." She just stayed quiet "thanks kook, for today, you should go home now it's getting late." Before she walked away I grab her wrist pulled her into a hug.

"Thank you too" we stayed like that for a while.

Jae's POV
I was about to go inside my house when suddenly Jungkook held my wrist and pulled me into a hug. I was a bit surprised

My heart started beating so fast and I could feel my face getting hotter. What's wrong with my heart, why is it palpitating like crazy.

Jungkook broke the hug, I looked down, shy of what just had happened. I looked up at him and he's staring at me, a stare that can melt anyone.

I looked away "i... uh.... I should go now," I stuttered, Jungkook just smiled and it made me smiletoo "yeah you should, I should go too" we waved goodbye and I headed to my house smiling like an idiot.

What was that?
