Chapter Sixteen

Time skip to summer time! Again)
POV
Jungkook knows that Jae is always busy in the summer time, but they talk on the phone, texts each other. But it wasn't enough for Jungkook, because she misses her badly.

Jae was with her mom on a family reunion party, Jungkook understood that. Jungkook and Jae were suppose to have a date but she cancelled

Kookie's girl 💕😍❤: hey, babe I'm really sorry, I forgot eomma and I were going somewhere
Babe ❤💕😘: oh, I see.. it's okay we can do it next time.
Kookie's girl 💕😍❤️: are you sure? Are you mad? Im sorry.. I'll make it up to you
Babe ❤💕😘: yeahh, and no I'm not mad..
Kookie's girl 💕😍❤ : okay... I love you 😘
Babe ❤💕😘: I love you too babe, have fun

Kookie was lying about being okay, he wasn't, he was disappointed and sad. He was looking forward on their date. He felt like Jae doesn't have time for him.

Jae Eun's POV
I felt bad for not going on a date with him, I'm so frustrated, I feel like he doesn't deserve someone like me.

I wanted to tell my mom about us, but I'm afraid she'll kick me out of the house. She's scary when she gets mad, so I'm not even going to try and piss her off.

I went where my family was doing a barbecue "so Jae do you have a boyfriend?" One of my aunt asked

"ohh, no I don't" I answered looking somewhere as it was awkward, I lied again

"she's not allowed until she graduates from college" my mom butt in, I rolled my eyes "oh come on, she's a grown up, at least let her experience to have one" my aunt insisted "no, not gonna happen" my mom defended

"it's okay Jae, you can have a boyfriend, you can keep it from your mom" my aunt whispered and patted my shoulder. I already have one and yes I'm keeping it as a secret. I smiled at her and she left.

Jungkook's POV
I wrote a song about Jae, it was about her dimples, since it's really pretty. I was planning to sing it for her on our date, but if she can't make it, then maybe next time.

I took my guitar and started practicing the song, I wanted it to be perfect.

We've been dating for almost 2 years now, Time flies soo fast, what should I do on our second year? Should I just sing this to her on our anniversary instead? Yeah maybe I should, and then I'll take her to dinner. Sounds perfect.

Should I start looking for a part time job? I thought again,

I went downstairs to grab some water. "Hey mom, where's dad?"
"I sent him to buy some groceries" I nodded,

I was about to go back to my room "mom?" Mom paid her attention to me
"what do you think of me working a part time?" I asked for her opinion
"oh honey, you don't have to, your dad and I can support you, you have enough allowance, why?" I shake my head

"nothing, I was just asking"
"well alright" I went back to my room and laid down, ughh I'm soo bored, JAE! Where are you?!

POV
They are almost done with school as they are now in senior year, but senior year won't be completed without prom.

The school decided to held the prom in the summer, since it's warm. The senior students were fine with the idea and of course, Jungkook asked Jae to be his prom date

~FLASH BACK~
Jae and bangtan, (that's what they decided to call themselves, they also got pretty popular among girls in school) decided to eat at the cafeteria, since Jungkook was planning to do something and ask her to be his prom date.

Bangtan was getting the things they needed, banners and roses, Jungkook already asked the school entertainment system to play the music he gave.

Jungkook was getting nervous, he arrived at the cafeteria "there you are, where have you been?" Jae asked "i just needed to take care of something" he replied

Jae didn't even notice what was going on. Jae thought those banners and roses are for the twin's but, Namjoon and Hoseok already asked them.

Jungkook signalled the person in-charge for the music to play it. Bangtan and Hei-ran went up to the stage, Miss right started playing

Jungkook led Jae to the stage, she was surprised and confused of what was happening.

They were finally on the stage, the banners were open and each banner says (Jae-Will-You-Go to-PROM- With-me) Jae covered her mouth and on the verge of crying.

Jungkook walked closer to her with a bouquet of roses. Jae looked at him. "Yes! I'll go to prom with you babe..." she took the flowers and hugged, every one in the cafeteria cheered for them.

The school rented a hall that fits 100 people, the prom will be in 2 weeks away. Jae already has a dress to wear and it matches Jungkook's tie. They were pretty excited about it. Their first kiss might also happen at prom who knows ;)

(2weeks later Prom night)
Jae Eun's POV
It's almost prom night, I woke up early today, and get my stuff ready excited for the night.

I went to the salon and got my nails, make up and hair done. It took a long time to do everything. I didn't want my make up to be that elegant, a natural make up is perfect.

The party starts at exactly 7pm, and it was now 5:30, I changed into my dress and wore my high heels.

When I finished getting ready it was already 6pm.

I heard my mom and brother yell "Jae-ah, your partner is here!"

I quickly grab my things and carefully went down the stairs, my handsome prince was standing there looking at me, he looks perfect. Seeing him wearing a tux makes me fall in-love even more.

He grab my hand as I took the last step on the stairs. My brother and mom was looking at me in awe.

Jungkook's POV

"You look beautiful" I said looking at her, more like staring. "Ahem" Jinyoung hyung cleared his throat. He must've caught me staring again
I scratch the back of my head out of embarrassment

"You look great honey" her mom hugged her "looking good fiona!" Her brother teased "thanks donkey!" Jae fired back.

We laughed for a moment and we head out to the limo. "Woahh, who did this?" She asked "I did, I asked my parents if I could at least take a limo to prom for you."

"Thanks babe" she whispered and I smiled at her. "Hey kook take care of my sister okay?" Jinyoung hyung said to me, I nodded and opened the door so Jae could get in.

"Bye mom, bye oppa!" She waved at them "bye honey have fun!" Her mom said and I closed the door. To her mom and brother's eyes I was still her best friend.

I held her hands on our way to the venue, "are you excited?" I asked "oh yeahh, very excited, it's also because you're with me." I smiled at her

we arrived at the venue and there were a photographer for the school year book.

We got out of the limo and headed to the door where there's decoration for photos. The photographer took a couple of shots of us and we headed inside.
