I zip up Naomi's Dress as I smile and fix her hair up for her first middle school dance

"Go ahead and go finish up with whatever you need to do I'm gonna go talk to your dad, You look so beautiful"I said smiling
"Thank you mama and Alright"She said smiling and I kissed her head before she went into her room as I went downstairs with nick as he stood in front of the door
"Nick babe what are you doing?"I asked
"Waiting for this boy I have a notepad of questions to ask him and if he can't answer I'll get that poker and pretend I'm just cleaning it to scare him a little bit"He said
"Nick cmon they are middle schoolers, and it's just a dance and this boy she's going with is really shy she told me"I said
"Sure but I'm telling you ain't no little boy gonna try and put his moves on my baby girl not on my watch"He said as as car pulled up as a young boy got out

"Wow Naomi you look really pretty"He said smiling
"Thanks you look great too"She said giggling as Nick was about to say something I covered his mouth
"You ready?"He said smiling as he held out his hand
"Yeah see you mama and daddy"She said smiling as she held his hand and they walked to the car and got in and drove off
I looked over seeing nick crying as I pouted and hugged him
"Our Baby is growing up"He said sniffling as I smiled lightly
"I know, but she'll always be Daddy's Little girl" I said smiling
