I work on the music for our next song and I get a call from my fiancée Y/n to pick up our daughter because she's gonna be busy at work still.

I stop seeing she's about to get out of school as I get in the car as I drive to her school as I stand in front of her school

I see her come out with her little friends as she comes over and hugs me as I picked her up putting her in the car seat as I get in the car and drive off

"Daddy where is Mama she usually comes and gets me?"She said

"Mama had to work a little longer and I was at home so I came and got you"I said smiling

"Alright daddy"She said lightly smiling

We get home as she sets her backpack in the living room and goes upstairs like she usually does as I decide to be Y/n for the day and get her lunch ready for tomorrow

I smile and take out her lunch bag and I see a paper that says "I wish"

I smile thinking its something cute until I start reading them as my face softens as I read them out loud to myself

"I wish my daddy would play with me..I wish my daddy would pay attention to me instead of playing with his music toys..I wish my daddy would get me ready for bed sometimes with mommy..I know my daddy works hard but I just wish that he loved me"I read as tears fell down my cheeks

I go upstairs as I go to her room seeing she was playing with her dolls as I came in and sat on the bed as she looked at me

"What's wrong daddy?, Why are you crying?"She said as she came over and took off my glasses and wiped away my tears

"Princess I want you to know something alright?"I said sniffling as she nodded

"Daddy loves you so much princess, I want you to know that I've always loved you daddy works a little bit too hard and doesn't spend enough time with you princess. I'm sorry that's gonna change I promise princess okay?"I said as she nodded and hugged me tightly

"I love you daddy"She said

"I love you more princess"I said holding her

From that point on I spent every second I could with her I'd make sure she never would feel that way ever again
