I lay in the hospital bed holding Zion's hand as my family stood around us as I was about to get taken into surgery

"Zion you know I'm afraid"I said as tears rolled down my cheek

"Baby don't worry, I know the heart transplant will go perfect and you'll be alright"He said as he put his hand on my cheek

I breathed slowly as I closed my eyes a tear rolled down and I opened them as my mom and Zion's mom held my hands

"You'll be alright baby girl and when you get out your room will be full of flowers"Zion's mama said as I grinned at her

"When you come back I'll make you your favorite and I'll have the room filled with teddy bears"My mama said as my dad came over

I talked with every as the Nurse came in the room smiling

"Are you ready Y/n?"She said gently

I nodded as another came in and rolled my bed down the hallway as Zion stayed with me holding my hand as I smiled breathing as I wiped away the stray tears

I saw the doors getting closer as I felt my hand slipping away from Zion's as he was no longer beside me as I got inside as the doctor put the gas mask over my mouth

"When I get to 1 you will be asleep alright Y/n"She said smiling

"4..."

"3.."

I kept thinking of Zion and everyone as I thought of all their words

I heard as my eyes closed and I fell into a deep sleep
