The next day...

I still couldn't believe that I said yes to go out with my true love's best friend. My whole life is insane. I can't believe it.

Then my mom asked me how it went.

"So, how was you and Isaac's 'date'? She said putting air quotes around the word 'date'. I started to feel queasy.

"Mom, can we not talk about this right now?" I asked trying to mask the sound of sickness in my voice.

"Why? Did it not go well? What happened?"

"Nothing. It was fine. I just feel sick to my stomach."

"Oh honey. You are having your first morning sickness experience."

Oh great. This better be fun. I thought to myself quietly.

"I-I think I might-" And I collapsed to the ground in pain.

"Honey! Help! We have to get Hazel to the hospital!" My mom yelled panicked.

And I passed out.
