He was just as how he'd imagine he'd taste.

Sweet, just like ripe strawberries. It was tempting, to just bite down on his smooth skin but he didn't. And he was glad: since he hasn't had him to submit, he could've eaten him whole.

He bathed Seokjin and laid him down in bed. He stripped himself of clothes and laid down in bed next to Seokjin, staring intensely at the hickey that the other vampire had given him in distaste. Leaning forward, he gently clamped his mouth over the bruise and sucked on it, running his tongue along the sweet flesh.

Seokjin shivered in his sleep, mumbling softly and curling up into a little ball next to Taehyung. His nose was red and slightly runny: he probably caught a cold. Wrapping his arms around his slim figure, he continued to suckle on the bruise until it disappeared.

"Better." Taehyung said to himself, shaking away the sweet taste of his flesh and burying his face in his neck. "Ah, you're so lucky I was out hunting."

He snuggled up against Seokjin's belly, rubbing his arms softly and examining his hands. They had healed perfectly, not leaving a single scar behind.

"Otherwise I would've killed more than I did tonight."

"You don't think this is the work of that one vampire: the cannibal?"

Flashlights swept across the crime scene, blood splattered everywhere, lumps of flesh and clothes scattered around the scene. The street lamps above flickered, giving off a more ominous feel to the area. Police officers and cars surrounded the area, and they had tented the area above as the rain had continued to pelt down on the earth harder.

"There's no proof: we'll run DNA tests but you know: it won't match if they're in human form."

It was true: vampires had two sets of DNA, as impossible as it seems. One set of DNA for when they're vampires, and another set of DNA for when they're human. This made it difficult to track certain ones, especially triple S classes, but it wasn't impossible.

"Sir! There's another set of clothes here!"

The two officers turned around as other men lifted up a rather expensive looking coat, and the two officer's eyes lit up.

"That is definitely a different person." He examined the coat. "There's no blood. Must've been a bystander." He wrapped it up neatly and handed it over to an awaiting woman. "Run some tests on this suit: and when you find a match, bring him in for investigation."
