"W-what?"
JJ looked slyly up, her lips up in a smirk. "My husband is ever so weak without it. And so would your vampire friend: your blood is their gas, once they sign the oath. Drinking other's blood will always be satisfying, but never as delicious as their submissive's." She raised her open thumb and pulled out a pretty glass bottle, pushing it into Seokjin's hands. "Just drink this—it'll enter your bloodstream and the next time he feasts, he'll be under your control."
Seokjin swallowed hard. "So what you're saying is, by the messages you sent," he wavered, "humans will control vampires?"
JJ's eyes glimmered with a sort of ambition, and Seokjin reeled back when she grabbed his pink sweater collar with her perfectly polished fingernails, thrusting her face into his, staring at him with a rather crazed look in her eyes. Her sweet, sharp perfume flooded his nostrils and watered his eyes and she hissed softly, "Vampires have ruled the humans for decades, centuries! Can't we change it? Shouldn't we change it?"
She sat back and let go of Seokjin, but her eyes still glowed with her goals. "You should know. You own that one company—you sell vampire warding objects. Granted, they don't work on the stronger ranks, but they work enough for the common vampires for you to be filthy rich." She turned to him. "Humans believe your little toys will keep them safe. Why not do it for good, by showing the world that you have power over the most feared vampire around the world?"
The words settled in, and Seokjin found himself wondering what kind of world he'd be living in with Taehyung on his knees, sobbing and begging for his blood. He snapped out of his thoughts: it was impossible. Taehyung had far too much pride, too much power. And Seokjin couldn't help but melt into his arms, and he yearned for the vampire's warmth, despite the legends that stated they were colder than ice.
"I-I don't know." Seokjin sighed. "Honestly, I feel more protected when he's in control."
And in that instant, JJ's eyes changed. From fiery and hopeful, to dark and challenging. "What? Protected?"
Seokjin shifted uncomfortably. "Well, yeah."
JJ threw her head back, cackling with laughter. "So you're one of those, eh? Afraid to challenge your own vampire? Because what? We're human?"
Seokjin stood. "Look, you've brought me here for a deal, but I don't accept. I'm happy with where I am with Taehyung, and that's none of your business."
JJ pursed her lips, hiding her smile. "Of course it's none of my business." She paused as she stood and made a move to leave. "Also, you might want to go help your friend." She jerked her head towards the entrance of Hoseok's bakery, where Seokjin spotted his brunette friend, his loud shrieks being muffled through the grass as he attempted to put out a flame. "Before the entire building burns down."
Ripping his gaze away from Hoseok, he turned back to JJ, only to be left with a little black smoke. Huffing, he swerved around and burst into Hoseok's bakery, the scent of burnt food and smoke flooding his nostrils.
"Hoseok!" Seokjin yelled, and he spotted his friend's head pop up from behind an oven.
"Jin! Thank goodness!" His forehead was beaded with sweat, and as Seokjin came closer to the flame, he was surprised at the intense heat. "I think my mom forgot to turn off the oven, now all the bread's burnt and—shit! Can you get me that extinguisher?"
Nodding, Seokjin dashed over and pulled the red object out of it's casing and tossed it to Hoseok, who nodded his thanks. Pulling and pushing the triggers, he was met with a giant white smoke, and the soft hissing noise of the fire being put out.
Hoseok panted, wiping his forehead and flipping the 'We're Open' to 'Sorry, We're Closed!'
"Jeez, where'd your mom go?" Seokjin remarked, staring at the burnt remains of the bread scattered around the floor.
"Out to get the mail." Hoseok leaned back onto the counter. "This'll take decades to clean!"
Seokjin shrugged. He kept looking out the window, wanting JJ to come back. Their conversation had barely started, and for some reason, Seokjin wanted to learn more.

"I'm starving."
Seokjin jumped as he looked up from the table he was washing of the smoke and ash. He spotted Hoseok looking wide-eyed up at a handsome, mint-haired male, who looked rather familiar.
Yoongi.
Hoseok looked rather pleased that the vampire was hungry. "Alright then." He glanced over at Seokjin, who quickly looked away. "I'll be right back, Jin!"
Nodding, Seokjin watched out of the corner of his eye as Hoseok walked up the stairs with his lover, staring happily at the vampire with a bounce in his step. He couldn't help but drift off as JJ's tempting words flooded into his mind, and he quickly shook those thoughts away.
"What am I thinking," he muttered.
Continuing his work on cleaning up, he soon finished. It wasn't hard: as only the kitchen area and a couple of tables had been affected by the fire. He left a sloppy note on a neon yellow sticky note that he had left for work, when really, he was off to see Taehyung.
Fishing the little bottle that JJ had given him out of his pocket, Seokjin stared at the crafted material, and with a jolt, he realized that the entire casing was made out of some sort of jewel. Crystal? Diamond? What could it be?
He opened the cap and sniffed at the liquid. There was no scent. Tempted to taste the clear, rather cool-feeling liquid, he tipped the bottle until his tongue was touching the liquid.
But with a slip of his hand, the liquid spilled everywhere, and he felt himself swallowing.
With wide eyes, he watched as the bottle shattered on the ground, and he stood there, in the middle of the empty alleyway, soaked in the mysterious liquid that had now entered his body.

"Seokjinnie~ I'm home!"
Seokjin looked up from his laptop, pausing from what he was typing and staring curiously up at his lover. He looked ruffled, his hair tousled and most of all, his eyes were gleaming red.
As Seokjin quickly tried to excuse himself, he yelped when Taehyung wrapped himself around Seokjin and nuzzled his neck. Too late, he thought, wailing internally as Taehyung grazed his teeth over his neck.
"Mm, did you eat something fancy today?" Taehyung mumbled. "Your blood smells much more appetizing."
"W-well, ab—about that—ah!"
Seokjin squirmed as Taehyung sunk his teeth in, immediately drinking Seokjin's sweet blood. He gazed, blankly at the wall in front of him in despair as he head Taehyung purr, and he guessed the vampire was satisfied when he pulled away early, wiping his lips and pressing a gentle kiss to his temple.
Seokjin spun around immediately, eyes wide. He expected Taehyung to crumple to his feet, dead, or something bad like that. But he just looked back calmly, one eyebrow raised. "What? Disappointed that I didn't drink more?" Taehyung chuckled, groping his thighs. "Yes, you've definitely gained more blood." His eyes flickered red. "But something tells me I should put off today's meal. So that was simply a snack, so your scent is less tempting."
Seokjin panted, frightened. What would happen? Would Taehyung die? Well, nothing happened to Seokjin and he ingested it... so maybe Taehyung would be okay as well?
Shrugging off the panicking thoughts, Seokjin stared after Taehyung, who said something about taking a shower.
He'll he okay—at least I didn't drink all of the weird drink.
