Chapter 24

Harry's Pov.

I got sent to jail all right. They sentenced me a year in jail, but that just wasn't going to work. I was not about to wait a year to get revenge on London.

After a week of careful planning my friends and I had come up with the perfect plan. We knew just how to get me out of this prison. We also knew how to get revenge on London.

Kayla's Pov.

It was finally Saturday! I was so excited, because I was going to the mall with Mitch. We both decided we may as well invite London and Jerome to come along too. It reminded me of the first time I went shopping with them.

~Flashback~

I pulled Mitch and Jerome into Forever 21. Jerome headed for the guy's half, while Mitch trailed behind me. He stopped next to a rack and pulled a shirt off its hanger. He held it up, an Approaching Nirvana crop top. I gasped, "Oh. My. God. Mitch. I. Love. You. So. Much. I. Need. This. Shirt. In. My. Life." He laughed while throwing the shirt over his arm and continuing through the store with me.

I ran over to the fedoras and picked one up. I jumped up and set it on top of Mitch's head. "There, now you look fabulous," I giggled. He made a funny pose while pretending to take a selfie. I hit his arm playfully and he tried to put the hat on my head. I jumped away, almost screaming bloody murder. He almost died of laughter, while holding his stomach.

After a while we left and moved onto the next store. Every time we entered a store, Mitch always put on some silly hat or sunglasses. He made me die of laughter every time.

~Flashback Over~

We all arrived at the mall at about 4 pm. Lacy and Peter couldn't come, because they were on their own date. I was so happy for them, Peter had finally asked Lacy out yesterday.

We all piled out of Mitch's car and walked into the main entrance. London and I dragged them into the pet store to look at all the little, adorable animals. I ran up to the glass window and cooed to the little puppies inside, slowly going down the line.

Once I reached the last cage I stopped. Inside the cage was a small Labrador puppy. She was named Katie. She was all black, except for a small white spot on her forehead. I watched her as she laid in the small cage, all alone. She turned her little head in my direction and tilted it a bit. I smiled and put one hand on the glass. She got up from her spot and walked up to the glass. She sat down, but put her paw where my hand rested. She was absolutely adorable!

I called over to Mitch, "Look how adorable this puppy is!" He walked up to the glass and smiled, "Katie huh?" "Yulp," I smiled back. "She is so cute," he said.

Just then London and Jerome called over to us, "Come on!" I stared at Katie for a few minutes before running after them. Mitch trailed behind as we sped walked after the two.

Several stores later we ended up in the food court. We all split up and went to separate restaurants, choosing what to eat. I patiently waited inline until someone tapped my shoulder. I looked back and saw Harry and his gang. Within a few seconds I was being carried away unconscious.

London's Pov.

I saw Harry's fist connect the side of Kayla's head. She fell to the floor unconscious. It seemed like everything was in slow motion, but my heart was beating fast. They quickly picked her off the floor and carried her out the door. I ran after them, but before I could catch up they were already driving away.

I sat down on the hard ground and cried. I knew exactly why Harry was doing this. He wanted revenge for Joel, and he knew I would go after Kayla. He kidnapped Kayla, so that he can get to me. I knew I had to save her though, because this was all my fault.

It took me a while to write this, but here you go! I know it's a bit short, but deal xD I'm about to watch Mitch's livestream, so I know if I don't end it here I will never finish.
