Chapter 6

Kayla's Pov.

After a few rounds I got into my rhythm. It was the final round and that person who I was worried about going up against is here. I looked across the new arena and there he stood. There stood Deadlox. The One in the Quiver master in my opinion. I bit my lip, this was going to be intense.

The count down started 5...4...3...2..I gulped..1... *Bang* All my training went into this one round. I saw someone sprinting towards me. He was holding a sword. I counted down in my head and took a deep breath, 3...2...1... I let go of the arrow. The person disappeared and respawned far away. I shot a couple noobs off to my right and grinned. I was in 1st place. Just then I saw Ty. "Oh no..." I whispered. I crouched and charged my arrow. I let go and fired, but he jumped away. He charged his arrow and it was a direct hit. I read chat, "Klove12 was shot by deadlox. 2 lives left." My eyes got wide. We only had 3 lives?! It was time for hardcore mode. I shot everyone around me, but Ty passed me and got into 1st place. "Lacy, I will win this for you. I promise," I whispered.

Several people were eliminated from the round. After several minutes of sniping people it was just Ty and me. This would decide it all. This would put all my training to the test. Suddenly someone joined the round. Chat read, "SkythekidRS has joined the Final Round." Oh my god it's Adam.

Adam's Pov.

I had made an arrangement with the owner of Mineplex that I would be able to join in the Final Round. I may have came a bit late, but when I joined only 2 people were left. There was Klove12 and Ty. I got to admit, they both had quite a bit of skill. I walked a few steps and was immediately sniped by Ty. He yelled from his room "Adam! What are you doing?" I yelled back, "I may have made an arrangement to be placed into the Final Round!" I could hear him facepalm. I just grinned as I shot him back. I read chat, Ty only had 1 life left. Just then I was shot from behind, chat read, "SkythekidRS was shot by Klove12. 1 life left." I sighed, she is pretty good. She has a pretty beast skin too, I wonder if she made it.

Ty's Pov.

All of Team Crafted had agreed to watch me play in the One in the Quiver tournament. I didn't expect Adam to join in the Final Round. I was about to shoot Klove12, when Adam joined. I yelled over to him "Adam! What are you doing?" He yelled, "I may have made an arrangement to be placed into the Final Round!" I literally facepalmed so hard when he said that. I just shook my head and continued playing. I saw Klove12 and aimed. I let go of right click and watched the arrow float through the air. Right before the arrow hit her, she saw me. She immediately jumped to the side dodging the arrow. She wasn't shooting at me, so maybe she had already used her arrow? Anyways we both ran at each other with swords. I saw Adam running towards us also. I swung at her and got a few hits, but she had hit me more. Just when I thought I was about to die, Adam came in and saved me. He killed her and chat read, "Klove12 was slain by SkythekidRS. 1 life left." Just then Adam turned around and I heard him yell something from his room. He totally wrecked me and got me eliminated. I sighed, might as well watch.

I started spectating Klove12. She was actually very good. I saw her snipe Adam all the way from the other side of the map. "Damn..." I said to myself.
