Zach Herron's P.O.V.
I walked up to Soleia and Samantha, "Hey guys, want to go to the aquarium with me? There's a dolphin show today."
"Sure!" Sam quickly replied.
"Sounds fun." Soleia said. We then walked to the aquarium, buying tickets for the show. We walked in the venue and got our seats. Upon arriving ,we saw the host.
"Wait..." I said, squinting my eyes to see better.
"Is that..." Soleia said.
"Corbyn?!" Sam asked, flabbergasted. Corbyn doesn't look like the shy nerd from school. He's not wearing suspenders, nor his glasses. He looks completely different. He's wearing a wet suit and has a waterproof microphone hooked around his ear.
"What the fuck..." Sam whispered.
"You thought what would never happen, Zach?" Soleia asked.
"Well... This." I gestured to Corbyn. "I mean, I've been all around from different cliques. And I never see him with any friends. And then this happened?"
"What happened?" She asked.
"Corbyn. Corbyn happened." I deadpanned.
"You jelly?" Sam asked, poking my cheek.
"No, I'm not jelly." I looked at Corbyn then back at Sam, "I'm shook."
I looked back at the dolphin pool, noticing that Corbyn disappeared in the amount of time me and the girls were talking, "Where'd he go?"
I squinted my eyes again, looking for him. He's underwater holding on to the dolphin. He gave a signal, the dolphin jumps vertically, out of the water, him still holding on to it. He let go of the dolphin in mid air. They went into a swan dive in mid air before landing back in the water. The audience clapped and cheered.
"That was...wow." I said, amused.
"Dope." Sam seconded. Corbyn stood on a platform and two dolphins swim up. He looked at the crowd, "Now, dolphins are very smart animals. They can learn to mimic actions and sounds. Such as, screaming audience members." He blew a whistle and the dolphins imitated a screaming audience. Corbyn grabbed two fish from the mini cooler, giving each dolphin one.

I got up with Sam and Soleia, going to Corbyn after the show. I saw him taking pictures with audience members and the dolphins. After they were done, I called him, "Corbyn!"
Corbyn looked at us as we approached him. Sam then spoke, "Shy nerd, huh? This doesn't really look like you don't have any friends nor that you don't talk at all."
"I can still be shy...but you can't really be shy in the workplace." He said.
"Then, why can't you just not be shy at school?" Sam asked.
"I don't know...I just get shy at school. It's an unfamiliar environment. But here, my parents used to own this. I would come here every day after school. But then, my parents passed away from a car accident. This place is my home. Like literally it's my home. We have an apartment above the aquarium." He said, "I just feel like this is where I belong."
"Oh." Sam said.
"Then, why not be friends with us?" I asked, looking at him. I then noticed that he has a necklace around his neck. It was his great grandmother's, then his grandmother's, then his mom's and he wears it cause it's almost all he has left of his mom as I recall, "I already thought I was friends with you..."
"I mean, hang out with us. Everyday. Instead of sitting alone in the cafeteria, why not hang with us?" I explained.
He just nodded, "Okay."
"So," I said, "See you tomorrow?"
"Maybe, I guess."
