You're awake

I got out of the car when we pulled into the hospital parking lot at 3 in the morning. I felt my hand get grabbed by Jess. I stared at her confused and Mason stood beside me. "I won't hurt her. I just want to talk." She said and I motioned for Mason to leave but he wouldn't.

"If she hurts me it's my fault and I deserve it. Just go inside." I mumbled and Jess stared at me.

She leaned on the car. "Grace told me you had a rough life. She told me about what happened with Ally. She said Ally was your sister... how am I supposed to think you won't hurt me like that?" She asked and I looked down at the ground.

I sighed. "Jess... you- you don't understand how much Ally hurt me and how much I miss her. I just wish she was back. I don't care what she did to me or what she was going to do... Jess I saved my friend but at the cost of my sister. That was the hardest choice I've ever made. I never meant for that to happen. I was gonna talk to her but Theo wouldn't let it happen." I felt tears coming down my cheeks. "Jess please trust me. I- I've lost everyone." I said as I covered my face.

I truly had lost almost everyone. I had Mason and Grace, and maybe Ash. She pulled me into her arms. I didn't expect her to hug me so it took me a second to hug her back. I cried into her shoulder and she rubbed my back. "Sky I know what you've been through. Ash... he talked about you a lot... I know I told you he never did but he did, all the time. He never mentioned your name though. He would always tell of his best friend who was to strong to ever let anything get to her, who loved her life and her friends, who never once cried." She said and I smiled thinking of Ash saying this to her.

She pulled away and pulled me into the hospital with her. We saw Mason standing there and I went to ask where grace was but he stopped me. "They said visiting hours are over but they'd let us in since Ashton basically forced them to." He said as he grabbed my hand but I pulled my hand from his.

"Ash..." I mumbled hoping he'd understand and he did. I walked in at the same time grace was walking out. I saw ash looking down at his hands sadly. I walked over to him silently and his head slowly started to turn up. I touched his arm and he stared at me. His eyes widened and he gave me a sad smile.

I wrapped my arms around him tightly. "Y-you're not mad?" He asked as he hugged me back.

I shook my head I pulled away. "Of course I'm not mad. Ash you're alive. Never do that again. Oh my god." I felt a tear slip from my eye as I saw him laying in the bed.

He chuckled and brushed a tear from my eye. "You shouldn't be crying. Nothing's worth your tears." He said and I pulled him back into my arms. "Sky." He mumble and I hummed in response. He looked at me. "I-I'm Sorry. I know this got blamed on you... i-I know you and Mason are together... I'm happy for you." He mumbled and I gave him a small smile as I kissed his cheek.

"Thanks Ash... I'm sorry too. I never should've made you feel like that." I said. "I could never live with myself if you died. You mean to much to me." I mumbled.

He chuckled. "Grace told me what happened. I know you aren't going home. Sky there's another option. You don't have to go there... please don't leave." He begged. I stood up and sighed.

"I'm sorry Ash. Please tell Mason I love him. I just can't face Finn and Ivy knowing what happened..." I mumbled.

He kissed my hand. "Please come back to me." He pleaded and I sighed. "Please Sky."

I nodded my head. "I'll call you." I said before getting up and walking out of the room. I saw Mason smiling at me. "You guys can go in there, I think I need some time by myself." I said but before Mason could walk in I kissed him passionately.

He stared at me confused as we pulled apart. "What was that for?" He asked smiling.

I smiled back. "For being there for me." I said as I pushed him into the room. I slowly left the hospital and got in the car waiting for me. "Drive." I ordered and they sped off as soon as I handed them the note that Brandon put in my pocket.
