It had been like four days since everyone left which meant I'd have to ride home with Mason in two days. Mason and I had kinda talked about what had happened and we kinda made up but there was still tension.

I looked over at the clock in my room and groaned when I heard my phone buzz. Mason had texted me telling me lunch was ready. I've been hiding out in room most of the time.

I walked downstairs and looked in the kitchen to find Mason shirtless in sweatpants. "Morning." He grumbled. I sighed and sat down. He turned around with the food on his hand and placed it in front of me. "I have a question." I gave him a worried look. "When you said Grace and you both had to change... what did you mean? You and her didn't have the same situation like at all... unless you were lying to us." He suggested and I sliced my eyes to him.

He gave me a questioning look and I clenched my fists under the table. "Mason, why does it matter? I'm sorry about what I said. Okay? I didn't mean anything that I said I just, I want you back. I want you to stop giving me the cold shoulder. I want you to stop being-"

He raised an eyebrow. "Says the one hiding in her room." He cut me off. I glared at him and he sighed. "I'm sorry too, I didn't mean to hurt you... I want things to go back to the way they were." He mumbled and I nodded my head. "Can they?" He asked and I internally groaned. I don't know!

He went to open his mouth but I stopped him by pulling him into me and kissing him. "Yes they can buy only if you stop asking me if I'm different than what I am." I whispered and he pressed his lips back to mine. He picked me up from my seat and gripped onto my thighs. He placed me on the kitchen counter and kissed down my neck making me moan. "M-Mason... stop..." I mumbled but didn't want him to listen. Thankfully he didn't. He continued kissing down my neck and moved the collar of my shirt to the side so he could kiss my collarbone. I tugged at his hair and felt his strong back muscles. "Mason..." I mumbled barely above a whisper.

He forced himself off of me and stared at me with sorry eyes but there was lust hiding in them. "Sorry Sky... I didn't mean to..." he trailed off.

I smiled and hopped off the counter. "Taking things slow remember?" I questioned as I pecked his cheek.

He groaned and followed me into the living room with our lunches. We sat down on the couch and watched some tv. Once we are I looked over at him and smiled. "Wanna play a game?" His eyes widened and a smirk formed on his face. "A board game stupid." I muttered.

A pout formed in his face making me pinch his cheek. "Hey!" I laughed at how he started blushing. He raised an eyebrow. "Really?" A playful smile formed on his face and I knew I was in trouble. I tried to jump off the couch but he grabbed me by the waist and pressed me against the couch as he tickled me. I started laughing and couldn't stop. I was twisting and turning and waited for him to stop but he didn't.

"St-st-op! I-I ha-ve to p-pee." I got out between laughs. He finally let go of me and I sprinted to the bathroom. Once I was done I hesitantly walked out of the bathroom. "Mason?" I questioned worried he'd jumped out at me.

He yelled from in the living room. "Yeah? I'm getting a game for us. It reminded me of you." He teased as he pulled out trouble from under the table. I rolled my eyes.

"That's more like you than me." I smirked.

He quirked an eyebrow. "Is it?" He asked with a grin on his face. Fuck! He knew. He knew what I was really like, I don't know how but he knew. "I'm assuming you know how to play?" He guessed and I nodded my head. I was staring at him with worried eyes as I sat down beside him. "Here, let's take this up to your room in case you fall asleep." He chuckled as he picked up the game.
