SOPHIA'S FIRST ONESHOT IDK WHY I HAVEN'T DONE MORE FOR MY FIERY CHILD
"Sofa!!" you screeched, walking into the Lillis girl's hotel room as if you owned the place. In all reality, this was expected of you, seeing that you and Sophia had been friends your whole lives.
Or so people thought.
In fact, the two of you had been secretly dating for about three months, because both of you weren't sure how the people around you would react to the news. However, you'd begun to grow restless about the whole thing. What with Soph being around a bunch of boys who shamelessly stared almost everyday, you grew a bit jealous.
" (y/n/n)!" Sophia screeched back, a smile etched into her face as she saw you enter the room. She was sat in a chair next to the window, legs drawn up into the seat so she looked like a mess of pale, freckly limbs. Red shocks of hair stuck up from her head in every direction, indicating that she hadn't bothered to brush it yet this morning.
You sat yourself down in the chair opposite her, leaning your back on one arm and dangling your legs over the other. You took a gummy bear from the open bag on the table, popping it into your mouth casually as you looked at her.
"Don't you have places to be today?" you asked, crossing your legs at the ankles and shifting around to get more comfortable.
"Not for another thirty minutes I don't, and we're only going over to one of the boy's hotel rooms," she shrugged, taking a sip of her tea.
"We?" you asked, quirking an eyebrow. Sophia nodded, rolling her eyes. You didn't really know the boys that well, so it wasn't exactly thrilling being told you were going to have to spend the day with them.
"Okay, I'm off to make myself presentable," Sophia said, untangling herself from the chair and standing up, making her way to the bathroom. As she walked across the carpeted floor, she called, "Don't eat all my gummy bears!" You giggled, popping another few gummies into your mouth before opening Instagram on your phone to kill some time.
In twenty minutes, Sophia emerged from the bathroom, dressed in jeans and white t-shirt with a rainbow on it, her fiery hair brushed into a somewhat manageable bubble around her head.
"Really with the shirt?" you asked, stretching your legs as you stood up from the chair.
"yes, really. I think I'm ready to tell the boys, let's see if they're smart enough to put two-and-two together," she grinned mischievously, grabbing your hand and lacing your fingers together.
"Okay, I guess it's that kind of day," you muttered, allowing Sophia to pull you from the room. In three minutes you made it to Jack and Finn's hotel room, slapping the door open rather unceremoniously.
"We're here!" Sophia exclaimed, and by counting heads you figured that all the boys were here already. They gave you warm smiles as we walked in, resuming whatever conversation they were having previously. Sophia walked over to an empty chair and laid in it much like you were doing in the chair in her room earlier. You decided to sit on the floor next to the chair leaning the back of your head against Sophia's leg.
"Sophia, you realize that people might think you're gay when you wear that shirt?" It was Finn who asked, noticing the rainbow shirt almost immediately. Sophia gave a sly little smirk before replying.
"Well, damn, I sure hope so. How am I supposed to get laid if everyone thinks I'm straight?" she deadpanned, and you had to use all that was in you to not burst out laughing, your face turning strawberry red.
"So, you're gay?" It was Chosen this time, and Sophia nodded.
"Yeah, oh, by the way, all of you meet my girlfriend, (y/n)," she said, ruffling the hair on top of your head. You glared playfully for a minute before fixing your hair. All the boys gaped for a minute before they seemed to settle with it in their minds, going back to their other conversation like nothing ever happened.
