Valiant Love (Part 1)

Blizzelle and the other Anti-Holders, along with Kira, lead Alistor to the gateway to Keyron. Alistor stands before the dark void in mid-air, watching it swirl counter-clockwise. As he continues to stare into the dark portal, he is suddenly questioned by Kira.

"Alsitor, are you sure you want to go in there?" asks Kira.

"Absolutely", responds Alistor, "Terra can be in great danger right now. I must go in and find her".

"Please be safe", says Kira, "I couldn't live with another tragedy. Enough people have gotten hurt".

"Don't worry I'll be fine", says Alistor. Kira looks into Alistor's eyes, admiring his bravery, but concerned at the same time. She knows her friends are protected by the Synergy powers they possess; however, Alistor doesn't have any defenses. Nonetheless, she knows that Alistor is a tough young man.

Meanwhile, in Keyron, surrounded by complete darkness, Terra lies on the hard cold ground. With her soul absent from her body, her body looks like that of a deceased person. Next to her sits Winona, mourning over the fate of her friend.

"I can't believe... she.." Winona fails to continue as tears stream down her face.

"Wally is going to regret this" says Dante in a serious tone. Dante sits next to Winona and wraps his right arm around her back, placing his hand over her right shoulder. Feeling comforted, Winona rests her head on Dante's shoulder, her eyes still producing tears. Suddenly, Terra's body begins to glow. Dante and Winona look at her now glowing body. Terra's body begins to morph; as if her body was aging.

"Terra!" yells Winona, "Dante what's going on?.. her body."

"I.. don't know", responds Dante, who is as surprised as Winona.

Finally, Terra's body takes on the full appearance of a decayed skeleton, while Winona looks at it in horror. Frightened, Winona gets up.

Dante gets up to comfort her once more, but is interrupted by a smokey screen that appears before them.

"Suuuuurpriiise", says a voice. Maniacal laughter is heard.

"Wally.." says Dante, gripping his right fist. Wally's face then appears on the screen, as he continues to laugh.

"Are you two enjoying your visit in Keyron?" asks Wally sarcastically.

"You coward", says Dante, "you and I have business to settle now. When I learned about Darkos I thought I knew who the biggest monster humanity had to offer was."

"Oh Dante", begins Wally, "your pathetic remarks resemble those of a little five year old girl". Wally laughs once more. "Anyway, must I remind you? Kiram took everything from me and played a big role in everything that is happening right now. I promised Terra I would get my revenge and I intend to keep that promise. Consider what happened to Terra just the beginning of Kiram's demise. He will suffer before I'm through with him."

"We won't let that happen and save the melodrama because I'm not interested in your backstory. Rest assure though I will avenge Terra", responds Dante.

"Terra promised the same thing", says Wally as he laughs. "She said she would protect her precious friends and as a result she foolishly challenged me to a duel. But just look at her now. Just how I destroyed her and toyed with her dear little memories, I can undeniably do the same things with you both. However I have different plans for you two. How do you like Terra's new appearance? She looks rather bad to the bone wouldn't you agree?" Wally begins to laugh maniacally. The image of Wally, as well as the screen both disappear.
