Into The Shadows (Part 1)

Previously on Yu-Gi-Oh! Synergy: Terra challenges Wally to a duel, intending to put an end to his thirst for vengeance. Unfortunately, Terra loses the duel and her soul and powers are captured by Wally. Later, Alistor, with the help of the Anti-Holders, makes it to Keyron, in search of Terra. Darkos cuts his visit short and challenges him to a duel to determine Alistor's fate. The duel results with Darkos winning; however, Darkos let's Alistor go in the condition that Alistor finds Wally and defeats him in a duel. Alistor accepts and Darkos grants him dark powers to aid him. Sometime later, Wally is approached from behind by a mysterious figure.

With Tyler defeated, Kira hopes that that is the end of their troubles.

"Do you believe that there are more emissaries from Keyron dwelling here on Earth?" Kira asks Psimon. Psimon walks up to her from behind.

"I'm not so sure", Psimon responds, "but we have to be ready for them if there are any." Psimon turns around and shouts to Blizzelle. "Hey Blizzelle! Did the little punk tell you anything?"

"I'm afraid that I barely got any information out of him. He barely remembered the duel", answers Blizzelle.

"So we don't have any leads", says Psimon. "None of this makes any sense!"

"Well maybe we can start small", Blizzelle insists.

"What? How will that work?" Psimon asks.

"Well I remember that during our duel, Tyler was wearing some type of strange necklace", says Blizzelle.

"And how does the necklace tie in with what's going on?" Psimon asks. "What were Tyler's intentions?"

"Well after the duel, the necklace wasn't around his neck", Blizzelle responds, "The necklace just vanished."

Wisteria walks closer to the trio and joins the conversation.

"Do you think that the necklace was the source of Tyler's malice?" Wisteria asks.

"Do you girls hear yourselves?" Psimon remarks, "That's ridiculous."

"No. They may be right", Kira comments, "The necklace that Blizzelle is talking about. I saw it too, around Tyler's neck during the duel. I've seen one of those before."

"No way", Psimon says, "you're joking right?"

"No", Kira answers.

Kira has a flashback of the time she was ambushed, along with Winona, by a group of Synergy Hunters led by Zihmon.

"Back during the Synergy Hunter incident", Kira continues, "I saw a Synergy Hunter wearing a necklace exactly like the one that Tyler was wearing".

"This must be a doing of the Synergy Hunters then", Psimon concludes.

"No that can't be right", says Kira, "The Synergy Hunters came to an end when their notorious leader, Roman, was defeated. When I saw Alistor I thought he was still a Synergy Hunter, though it is evident that he is not."

"Damn it. Then we're back to square one", says Psimon.

"Not necessarily", says Kira, "I also remember that back when the Synergy Hunters were wreaking chaos throughout Terminal City, there was a mysterious masked man that appeared out of nowhere. What puzzled me about him is that he wasn't a Synergy Hunter. I remember him mentioning something about how he wanted to get back at Kiram or some similar nonsense."
