Into The Shadows (Part 2)

Previously on Yu-Gi-Oh! Synergy: Demeter was able to kidnap Ryou and take him into the dark world, Keyron. Railo and the Holders followed Demeter into the world of Keyron to search for Ryou. It was then revealed that the mastermind behind everything is a person from their past, Wally. Soon Terra falls victim to Wally's malice and loses to him in a Shadow Duel, having her soul and powers absorbed. It isn't long until Alistor, formerly a Synergy Hunter, ventures into Keyron intending to find Terra. After losing to a duel against Darkos, Alistor sets off to find Wally, the culprit behind Terra's demise. After coming face to face with Wally, Alistor realizes that Wally is the same masked figure that allied with Roman during the Synergy Hunter incident. Their duel commences with Wally using his powers to taunt Alistor, even putting him in a tough corner.

The duel between Alistor and Wally continues, with Alistor's Life Points at 3200 and Wally's Life Points at 300.

"So my monster is useless now", says Alistor wide-eyed.

"You catch on pretty fast", says Wally, "and now for a bitter taste of your own medicine. I activate Heraldic King Genom-Heritage's new special ability. I can use one overlay unit to activate one of Gemstone Knight Cobaltos's special abilities, and the one that I have selected is the one that will slam you with two hundred points of damage for each face up Gem card on the field. Oh, and I hope you haven't forgotten that Genom-Heritage also gains your monster's name until the end of this round. And if you do the math that means there is a total of four Gem cards on the field. Go Prism Light of Destruction!"

"Ahhhh!!" Alistor yells as he is blasted off his feet and his Life Points drop to 2400.

"You see Alistor", continues Wally, "I'm invincible. If Terra, who is a Holder, wasn't able to defeat me, what ran through your mind that you actually thought you could beat me?"

"The duel is far from over", Alistor responds.

"That is to be determined", says Wally, "In fact, why don't we find that out right now? Go Genom-Heritage attack Gemstone Knight Cobaltos! Finish him. See Alistor. It appears that the power of revenge is far more superior than the power of love."

"I activate Gemstone Enlightenment!" Alistor exclaims.

"A trap card?"

"Yes Wallace. This trap card is going to cut the damage I'm about to take by half".

"That maneuver may have saved your skin this round", says Wally, "but like I said, I'm going to enjoy watching you grovel every time you take damage!"

Alistor is once again blasted off the ground as his Life Points are reduced to 1200 and Gemstone Knight Cobaltos is destroyed.

"You may as well stay on the ground", says Wally, "Now that the battle is over I activate the spell card Heraldry Excavation. By banishing Herladic Beast Leo from my graveyard I can draw two cards. Now I'll end my turn by placing one card face down. And unless you don't want to experience the same fate that Terra did, I suggest you give it everything you've got, becuase this next turn of yours is going to be your last chance."

Back on Earth, Kira and the Anti-Holders are preparing to go home.

"What are we going to do with Pylon?" Kira asks. "We can't just leave him here."

"I'm not sure", Psimon responds, "It's not like I can have him dangling off of my Duel Runner."

"He can come with me" says a voice.

The group turns to look at who is revealed to be a young man with turquoise colored hair.

"Who are you?" Wisteria asks.
