I leave the room, medallion in hand. With every step I take it gets heavier and heavier, finally falling out of my hands and rolling towards what looks like a bathroom. I looked towards it contemplating on whether to pick it up or just curse it to hell, until I saw it zip into the bathroom.
Ummm?
As I got closer, I saw a glowing light peaking out of the bathroom, tinted with red purples and blues...maybe a little orange? Kind of like a sunset growing closer by the second.
Maybe because you keep walking towards it?
Oh yeah, maybe it's that, or it's really getting bigger.
I crept into the room to be met with the coin disposing of all the beautiful light, and a figure appearing from it. A hand reaching up from the orbs of light, lightly tugging at the air. I reached out to grasp just a finger, but when my finger pads came in contact with the glimmering hues my vision went black, and instead of the sweaty loud house, I was in complete silence.
When I awoke the air around me was light it didn't feel warm nor cold. The sky was a savory blue with curled clouds, yet No sun?
???: You're finally awake.
I languidly arose, light on my feet as I took in the air around me. A soft voice came closer to me, but I could n't make out what it was saying, I was transfixed on the curly pines, and the unlimited light coming from no where at all.
Am I...asleep?
Athena's POV:
Me: You're not asleep, very much awake. I assume you recognize this place?
He turned to stare at me, at first he didn't dare move, but when he looked down at my birth medallion at his feet he flinched at the realization that this was all real.
Tyler: Athena, why are you here?
He seemed shocked to hear himself speak that way, or just to be speaking at all. I had almost forgotten what my father did to him.
Me: We have a lot to discuss, and since my father is on Earth at the moment, this would be the perfect time to discuss your pasts.
He took a tiny step forward, his fingers shaking like they'd just been thawed from frost bite. Staring at the coin between us.
Me: Ah, thanks for using the portal I left for you. Now-
Before I could continue he lunged at me tightening me in...a hug?
Tyler: We need to leave right now. I-it's not safe anymore.
So he does remember...
Of course he does! If he didn't he wouldn't have the guts to approach me like this. I know he's seen me in the halls when I'm using my cloak. I just don't think he's realized who he is yet.
Mortal humans cannot see me when I am using my invisibility cloak, so I'm sure he believed himself to be going crazy when almost no one else around him could see me but himself.
