Hela sat in her room staring out the window. She watched as the other girls played in the backyard. She never liked talking to people. It made her nervous and she hated it. Also, she feared what they would think of her. Ever since she could remember, no one really liked having her here. She felt like a burden to everyone. But, Hela also feared that they would be scared of her because of what she could do. Hela had strange powers that only she knew of. She could shapeshift and use magic to turn things into different things. Hela thought it was amazing, but if any of the others found out, they would probably tell the head of the orphanage and they would put her in an asylum. Hela looked from the window at her hands and sighed. She never knew her parents and it bothered her not knowing. She knew they must be powerful because of her gifts, or was she just some miracle. Hela looked back outside and saw the girls coming inside. She sighed and walked downstairs into the kitchen. There, all the girls sat down and got their dinner. Hela got hers and sat down at a table by herself. Hela did enjoy being alone, but it was the fact that no one liked her or even wanted to talk to her that made her feel terrible. she felt like the outcast and that she didn't belong. Hela ate her dinner and finished first. She then got herself ready for bed and changed into her pajamas. She sat in her bed and looked all around the room. She got the room on the top floor and it was incredibly small. Hela always felt like she was suffocating. Hela looked outside and had a perfect view of the city. She could see a funny looking building with the word SHIELD on it. She did some research on her laptop and found out about what SHIELD did. Hela was intrigued by it and thought that she could get a job there because of her powers. I mean, Tony Stark was a part of SHIELD and he flew in a big iron suit. So, why not let her join because of her powers? Hela dreamed of getting out of this orphanage and having a real life. The following morning, Hela woke up very early. She looked outside and the sun  was not up yet. Hela sighed and lifted her hand into the air. She twisted it slowly and she made her lamp levitate in the air. Hela chuckled softly and put her hand down, causing the lamp to fall back on the table. Hela didn't even know how she came to have these powers. She remembered going to sleep one night, had a strange dream and woke up with powers. In her dream, she heard faint whispering and tried to make out the person's words but, she couldn't. All she knew was that it sounded like a man. Her dream always made her nervous. She felt as though someone was always watching her. Hela didn't feel safe, even in a building filled with tons of people that were there to keep her safe. In the dream, she would touch certain objects like plants but they would all die. Hela would get worried and try to find someone to help her. She felt like she was walking for an eternity until she came across someone. But, the person would by lying on the floor. Hela would observe who it was and it was a woman. Her hair was up to her hips and it was a pale blonde color. Hela would turn her over and the woman would be dead. Hela would panic and ask someone for help. That's when the whispering would happen. It sounded like multiple voices but Hela could never make out their words. The only word she could make out was death. Then, Hela would wake up. The dream happened every night as a child, but as she grew up, it would come every week. The following morning, Hela woke up very early and got changed. She then looked out her window and sighed. She wished to go out into the city and see what it was like. But, she was always to be kept here in this orphanage. The other girls got to go out, but she was given instructions to always stay in this building. Hela asked why and the head of the orphanage told her that when she was brought here, she had a note giving them instructions on what to do with her. One of them being she was never to leave the building. Hela asked for the note and she was given it. She read it over and couldn't help but smile. She felt as though her parents made these instructions so that one day, they might come back for her.

"Is that why I am never adopted?" Hela asked.

"No. You are never adopted because you, unfortunately, aren't interesting to the parents." The head told her.

"Do you know who brought me here?" Hela asked.

"Someone did bring you here, but I never saw them. I heard a knock and there you were. A small bundle of blankets with a note pinned to you. You never cried. You just stared at me with your big emerald eyes." The head replied.

"But, why can't I just go out for one day?" Hela asked.

"You are not allowed to. When you are older, maybe." The head told her.

"This is ridiculous. All I do is just sit in my room all day. None of the other girls talk to me or even acknowledge me. I'm always alone. So why is it that the others can go out, but I can't?" Hela asked.

"You didn't read the back of the note." The head replied.

Hela flipped the note over and observed the beautiful handwriting. It read that whoever dropped her here would be back when it was safe.

"But, when will it be safe?" Hela asked.

"I don't know. But, just go eat breakfast." The head replied.

Hela sighed and left the room. She walked into the dining hall and got her breakfast. She sat down at a table by herself and sighed. Hela ate her food and quickly ran upstairs to her bedroom. She locked the door and sat on her bed as she practiced her magic. Her hands illuminated green as she turned the objects in her room into different things. Hela giggled as her lamp turned into a black cat, her chair turned into a plant, her laptop turning into a snake and her pillow turned into a frog. After some time, Hela heard a knock on her door. Hela panicked and twisted her hand, making all the objects go back into their original form. Hela opened the door and it was the head. She told Hela that she wanted her to go in the backyard and be with the others. Hela declined and closed her door. Hela sat on her bed and watched as the others played outside. Then, she looked up at the SHIELD building. Hela smiled as she daydreamed of working there.

"Alright, we got Loki. Thor, you know why he might be here?" Nick asked.

"There are many reasons. He talked about getting the Tesseract and other worlds. But, I think I may the know the real reason for why he's here." Thor replied.

"Care to explain?" Tony asked.

"Fourteen years ago, Asgard was being invaded. Loki's wife, Sigyn, was murdered and all because of one baby." Thor replied.

"And this baby was?" Natasha asked.

"His daughter, Hela." Thor replied.

"Loki has a daughter?" Steve asked.

"Yes. But, in order to keep her safe from the invaders, I had to send her to a realm. I guess she ended up here and Loki is trying to get her back." Thor replied.

"What is so special about his daughter that had to make him send her away?" Bruce asked.

"There was a prophecy that talked about a girl who was to bring destruction to the nine realms. It was Hela. She had this power inside her that no one knew anything about. She could kill anything with just a simple touch if she concentrated hard enough. The invaders came for her and Loki didn't want them killing her." Thor explained.

"So you're trying to tell us that there is a girl who can kill someone with the touch of her finger?" Nick asked.

Thor nodded his head and Nick raised an eyebrow.

"This girl seems dangerous." Nick said.

"But she was never told about her powers so she doesn't know." Thor told him.

"Who knows? Maybe she found them out already? This girl is a danger to all of us, Thor. We will bring her here and keep her out of trouble." Nick explained.

"You don't have to do that. Loki would be devastated if he knew about this." Thor said.

"It doesn't seem like Loki would be devastated. He killed eighty people in two days," Nick said. "Phil, try and find out where Hela could be."

Phil nodded and left the room.

"What are we going to do when she is here?" Clint asked.

"For starters, we will make her feel at home. But, we will have to monitor her to make sure she doesn't do anything crazy with her powers." Nick replied.

Minutes passed and Phil walked back into the room.

"We found her director. She's at an orphanage not too far away from here." Phil told everyone.

"Phil, you and Thor will go and get her here. Maria, get a room made for her and make sure it is heavily monitored." Nick told them.

The two nodded and Thor walked out of the room with Phil.
