Kidding aside, those issue you've hear about kris leaving EXO, and SM. It's all wrong, Kris Filed up a lawsuit because of his health,

I've read this on TUMBLR, its from a trusted fanacc.

They said, Kris has been visiting the hospital numerous times, because he can't walk properly, We all saw that whenever we saw EXO's arrival, they always got smudged and smacked by the cameras, and hurt by the sasaengs.

Kris will be hiring the same lawyer, of one of the ex-super junior member. (I forgot his name lol) an Also Filing up the same issue like SNSD's Leader (FOR THE GOD OF SAKE WHY I ALWAYS FORGOT HER NAME.)

If kris really going to leave the group, I really don't know if I will keep continue on stanning EXO.

Because I just cant stan a group with someone missing, What i'm used too, is what I really want. (Got my point?)
